I think the white belt spoils it and I'm not a fan of the cut outs. It's not a good camera dress.

With some refinements, this could be a very nice piece. I think a black belt instead of a white. This would narrow the waist more so. Get rid of the broad plaid bottom print bottom and the small ruffle above the plaid. There should be no ruffle 3/4 down the dress. It cuts it up along with the white belt. The plaid should be replaced with a see thru black. That way, the there would be a nice line for the eye to trace down from the top to the bottom.
