Time flies. I feel like it was only yesterday I went to my friend's annual Fourth of July BBQ. It's here again and I can't wait to put on my patriotic (and stylish) outfit, hang out, and be merry. I asked you to help me assemble a cute, budget-conscious outfit.
I started you off with these Noir Stretchy Pyramid Bracelets ($18 each) because they're inexpensive and red, white, and blue. Let's see what you all came up with!
Look # 1, created by so crispy, is patriotic and cute. The star ring is such an appropriate accessory.

Clueless on what to wear for the Fourth of July? Have no fear, Fab and Net-A-Porter are here to help you look patriotically perfect as you begin a weekend filled with picnics and BBQs.
For our shopping convenience, the retailer has put together a nice offering of festively fun attire to pick and choose from. This Marc by Marc Jacobs Striped Jersey Shopper ($90) will show off my Independence Day pride and I can easily throw it in the washer if it — trust me, it will — gets dirty.

What was once reserved for the fashion elite is no more. Gucci has broken the unspoken golden rule and is inviting the public to join them in a live webcast of their 2009 cruise runway show at Villa Aurelia in Rome. In celebration of the 70th anniversary of its store in Rome, the fashion house has invited everyone — that means you and me — to view their collection at Gucci.com.

So what can we look forward to? Gucci spokesmodels Claire Danes and James Franco are expected to attend along with a music performance from British band Goldfrapp. The show is set for 8 p.m. on July 8, local Italian time — set your calenders!

Am I the only one who likes to lie on a stylish towel when taking in the sun's rays? Come on, tell me you didn't love the Missoni towel in my July Must Haves. Or, the simple route is nice too, per Reese and Jake in their matching striped Twinkie towels. Your towel doesn't have to be $175, but it does have to be refreshing and plush. Promise me, the next time you towel off you'll pay a little extra special attention to what's drying your tush.

I've likened model Coco Rocha to a turtle, watched her get illustrated, and listened when she spoke up at the CFDA model health discussion. It was only a matter of time until I got to chat with her about the ongoings of her busy career as one of today's It models.
For those who aren't familiar with Coco, she was born in Toronto, Canada on September 10, 1988. Not only is she a world-famous model, she's also a professional Canadian Irish dancer. She's even melded her two careers by dancing down Jean Paul Gaultier's Fall '07 runway. Apparently, Coco isn't her birth name, but rather taken from a French term of endearment, "mon petit coco," translated "my little sweetheart." Aw!
Be sure to hear what beauty advice Coco has to give, too.
We really admire you working towards the model health issue with the CFDA. What's your take on the progress of the issue?
It is on the right path. Since the speech I’ve heard nothing but good things on how people are looking for change.

Lindsay Lohan has been hard at work on the set of Labor Pains, but she took a much needed break to shop for her birthday. I'm glad to see her out of her movie wardrobe and into this sweet Anna Sui camisole (on sale!), Michael Kors caged sandals, and a Chanel bag. I like how she's super girlie up top and bad girl on the bottom. Happy Birthday, LL!
