I wonder if Argentinean teenagers are the real trendsetters of the world. What am I mumbling about? I happen to have a pair of sock sandals that I purchased in Buenos Aires two years ago. They are black, I thought they were very Helmut Lang, and they were $12. All the funky Buenos Aires youngsters were wearing them and I simply had to have a pair.
I wear them with thigh-revealing looks as I think something avant-garde looks best with something sexy. Whitney from The Hills knows how to wear these unique sandals and she does so with ease in her little floral dress. So tell me, are sock sandals all the rage?

Is that Molly Ringwald, because someone is definitely Pretty in Pink. No, it's the lovely Zooey Deschanel and she sure looks pretty in her ruffly pink Fleur Wood dress. Besides landing July's Lucky cover, the quirky actress will be starring in M. Night Shyamalan's The Happening coming out June 13.
That makes July a pretty big month for Zooey. It could also be a big month for you, if you happen to win Lucky's Cover Look Giveaway. In addition to the pink dress, you'll be eligible to win all of the Shiseido makeup products used on Zooey, and the beautiful sapphire and diamond earrings she's hiding (trust me, they're gorge). Enter today!

Miranda may have one of the most far fetched wardrobes in the Sex and the City movie, mainly because she's a working mother who wears super chunky earrings, but it's fantasy land right? And it's fashion fodder for us. This is more of a Fall look that seriously complements Miranda auburn coloring but without the hefty Charlotte Ronson sweater jacket is Summer ready. In the movie her brown dress is Natalie Eshkenasy, her gold t-straps are Oscar de la Renta and her Faboo patchwork bag is Stuart Weitzman. See, aren't you glad I found a much cheaper way to act the part of Miranda Hobbes?

Can you blame Michael Kors for drawing inspiration from Balenciaga's Fall collection for his 2009 Resort line? I can't. Nicolas Ghesquière's collection, especially this particular black cut-out dress on Natasha Poly, was so cutting edge, heck, I would be inspired by it if I were a designer. While many of you may think it's weird for one designer to copy another so blatantly, it's completely acceptable in fashion. I mean, hello, there isn't a soul who hasn't copied Yves Saint Laurent's "Le Smoking" tuxedo suit! Kors made the dress, worn by model Vlada Roslyakova, his own by being more subtle with his cut-out shoulders, and by choosing a blue, abstract floral design. When it comes to fashion-forward designs, I say, the more the merrier.

I've been on the hunt for cute vintage jewelry and was delighted to come across Pequitobun. Sherry, designer of Pequitobun, discovered her passion for vintage trinkets at the age of 22 upon entering graduate school in Cambridge, MA. Soon after, Pequitobun, (named after her floppy eared bunny), was born. What was once an escape from reality turned into a full fledged jewelry business with an avid following.
Her collection of vintage modern jewels is quite delightful. The handmade adornments range from simple, everyday wear, to covetable one-of-a-kind pieces. My favorite is the adorable Avon Owl Necklace ($185). I hope you enjoy her jewelry as much as I do!
