Not many celebrities busted out non floor-grazing frocks this year at the Emmys but the ones who did worked it well. This time, shorter hemlines ranged from sassy knee length to retro ankle skimming heights. All of these ladies look distinctive, but which look was your favorite?
Lavishly beaded dresses are no strangers to the red carpet. Nevertheless, their gorgeousness paid us many visits at the 2008 Primetime Emmy Awards. Whether on neutral, black, or white dresses, sparkly beads and crystals made the carpet a much more luminous place tonight. Case in point: Kyra Sedgwick in L'Wren Scott (left). Without the bead detailing, the dress would simply be a plain white dress. Gasp! Beading also appeared on asymmetrical straps, cap sleeves, trains, and sprinkled all over.
