Most of you didn't approve of Maria Sharapova's one-sleeve Lanvin dress, but I think you'll like this mandarin-tiered Stella McCartney number she wore to a recent event. It reveals her gorgeous legs but in a tasteful manner. I like how instead of wearing peep-toe pumps, like many celebs do on the red carpet, she chose unexpected black patent oxford pumps. A textured minaudiere and gold jewels finish off the look perfectly.

Coincidentally, two Fab girls went to the Gap after work on the same evening last week. But they went separately, looking for different items. They didn't run into each other in the store but the style stars must have been aligned. What one of them did find was the sale section, filled with back to school basics.
Take this Flutter-sleeve top ($35, originally $50). Wouldn't this look great with a pair of skinnies and funky sandals while it's still warm? On the flip side, layer it over a thermal under a tweed blazer when it gets chilly. Basics, redone.
Before I wisk off to New York for the Spring shows, I haven't had my fill of Fall's offerings. Soon enough, these lovelies will be popping up in stores and on celebrity arms so here's a sneak peek of my favorite Fall bags. Some are bold, some are sweet, and they are all special in their Fab way. The key trends are structure, exotic skins, color (but also gray — yay!) and unique hardware. This may be the season to invest in a functional Fendi (pictured), an architectural Marc Jacobs or a brighter-than-thou Dior. Don't say I didn't warn you . . .

We typically see socialite Olivia Palermo in fancy frocks and shiny sandals, so her casual appearance at the opening of 7 For All Mankind's NYC boutique is a welcome change. A striped cardigan, no matter what color, has the ability to inject a dash of sportif into any outfit. Without the black and white cardi, Olivia's ensemble would have been just fine; but with it, she exudes nonchalant chicness. Stripes and cardigans are unlikely to go out of style, so put the two everlasting trends together and it's fashion magic.

Already there are so many new shows on TV and they're keeping me quite busy. I can't be home every night to watch them so that's where my TiVo comes in handy. How cool would it be to have a TiVo party and invite all my friends to watch my favorite shows with me? I would want to be super comfy and cozy. I'm thinking maybe a stylish hoodie, roomy pants, and some flats. Let your creativity run wild.
I'll start you off with this Delia's TVs Tee ($27) because it fits right in with the theme.
Let's go Fab Finding. Be sure to come back and tell me your Fab Finds are up, or just tag your Fab Finds with TiVo party.

adhusia took advice from her fellow Fab readers and tried out a new outfit. In one swift move, her double duty sequined vest changed her look from casual to cunning. I like how the gold contrasts her forest green dress. Lovely.
Here's what she has on:
- Dress: Tara Jarmon
- Waistcoat: Massimo Dutti
- Clutch: Accessorize
- Shoes: Unknown
- Earrings: Swarovski
Congrats to adhusia!
