Out with the old, in with the new. Shopbop has slowly been making way for its fabulous Fall merchandise, and you'd better believe I've been checking daily to see which lucky pieces will make their way into my closet. I wish I could acquire it all, but since my budget won't allow for that, I've narrowed it down to 10 of my favorite must-have pieces. A little bit of plaid, a smidgen of leather, a dose of knit, and we've got an awesome autumn wardrobe to covet.
A briefcase and a clutch serve two different purposes, but here they have been combined. Diane von Furstenberg's Logo Briefcase Clutch ($990) is kind of like a mullet — it's business in the back, party in the front. Would you carry it?
Try to pry your eyes away from Ivanka's beautiful face and focus on her jewelry. Her tassel necklace is perfection defined. The clustered strands add a swinging, vintage quality to her ensemble, and look how it contrasts with her striking blue top.

How many times has it happened that you desperately need something from your purse while in a dark club, and just can't find it? You may have thought the designer See by Chloe lights were too pricey; if so, you need one of these Mini Purse LED Lights ($7). You can clip it to your inner purse pocket and switch it on when you're searching the depths. You can probably even use it as a flashlight to illuminate a dark path . . .
Tracy Reese is a contemporary designer I always appreciate. Her ultra-femme designs aren't the most fashion-forward, but they are lovely and wearable. And, we already got a sneak peek at her Spring offerings.
Reese was inspired by nature through the seasons, so green will be plentiful. Also, we will witness pastel prints inspired by Japanese art featuring chrysanthemums and hazy blue skies, while structured leather (ooh!) is softened with touches of leaf appliqué. The designer will play with architectural shapes and laser cut lace to mix things up. Until Fashion Week . . .
Singer and actress Selena Gomez posed for pictures at the 2009 American Music Awards with a pretty pink smile on her face. She took advantage of the occasion and went glam; wearing a Talbot Runhof sequin dress with black strappy heels.
