2008 Teen Choice Awards Poll

You've voted on your favorites and not so favorites, but by now you have tasted the eye candy from the Teen Choice Awards. I was in awe of the exciting mix of prints and colors the ladies brought; overall, I was impressed! Alas, there are always hits and misses. For me, it's a close hit between Kristen Bell in laid-back Jenni Kayne and glistening in Brian Reyes Bilson. We've even got two Gossip Girls in the running against each other. We were wondering where the Queen Bee was last night at the Teen Choice Awards — she arrived fashionably late, of course. Gossip Girl Leighton looked regal and elegant in emerald green Lanvin, but it feels a bit too grown up for the event. Her curls are really fun though. Do you love it or hate it?

Teen queen Brittany Snow looks lovely in her mini floral print strapless dress. Thanks to those hot red pumps, her look really pops. I never noticed how blue her eyes are; the blue flowers in her frock brighten them. It's all working for my girl here, even that white cocktail ring. Does it work for you, too?

Lauren Conrad is giving off a sassy '70s vibe and I like it. Her multi-colored chiffon maxi, which looks to be from an up and coming collection from her own line, goes perfectly with her braided hair. She smartly cinched in the voluminous dress with a skinny brown belt to give herself some shape. What a clever girl! Are you feeling her look?

Katharine looks pretty as a peacock in her teal strapless party dress. In fact, the loopy pattern of her belted confection reminds me of peacock feathers. Do you think she looks good, strutting her stuff in her netted number? Oh, and that hair — amazing.

Blake does not disappoint. The Gossip Girl is bringing some major sexy to the blue carpet in a purple one-shoulder Tadashi Shoji ruched dress with a big belt and sexy pumps. Her legs go on for miles! But what really catches my eye is that unique diamond specked rock on her hand.

Minka Kelly looked simple and lovely at tonight's Teen Choice Awards. There's not a lot of razzle-dazzle to her hair, just a simple middle part with a low ponytail. I guess she saved the fireworks for her shoes, which I'm assuming she had no idea would blend into the carpet. In addition to her hair, Minka used a light hand with the makeup, but instead of being boring, it's fresh and gorgeous. So, I give Minka one thumb up. How about you?

What a great shade of purple in that asymmetrical dress! I just wish Blake had gone a little bit brighter with her makeup to really play it up. She chose some paler colors, but think of how cool some hot pink gloss might have been. Her loosely pulled back twisty ponytail is playful, and it shows off those amazing blonde highlights. What do you think of this look?

Sophia Bush has a great haircut that's longer in the front than the back. But is it just me, or does it look a little... crunchy? Don't get me wrong, it's nowhere near disastrous. But a center part may have shown off her gorgeous face a little more. What do you think?
