Oscars Trend Alert: Sizzling Statement Necklaces

A red carpet without jewelry is like a candy store without, well, candy. Large earrings may be making their mark in the fashion world, but that doesn't mean statement necklaces are over. No, no. In fact, a handful of ladies strutted the red carpet in necklaces that beautifully complemented their gowns and elevated their looks. Beyonce, Melissa George, Freida Pinto, Vanessa Hudgens, and Taraji Henson all wore dresses with fishtails tonight. Some were more voluminous than others, but they all brought elegance to the carpet. The most eye-catching fishtail? Melissa George's bright white Dolce & Gabbana.
