The peplum trend is on the rise, and though I don't know many people that could get away with a plaid peplum dress, Fab reader TheFancyTeacup pulled it off with complete ease. I'm admittedly a little leather obsessed this season, but obviously with good reason. Behold Alice + Olivia's Juliana Velvet and Leather Dress ($440) screaming Fall flirt and city sophisticate all at once.
