SJP Debuts Lori Goldstein for Fred Leighton Necklace

We're thrilled to present our favorite InStyle story here on Fab!

Sarah Jessica Parker was on hand for the unveiling of Halston’s Spring 2011 collection last night (and modeling it head-to-toe) and while we loved her red-hot look, it was her necklace we couldn’t take our eyes off of! Parker complemented her jersey dress with a white jade necklace with precious and vintage-painted wood beads from Lori Goldstein for Fred Leighton. The necklace is part of a 25-piece collection that the super-stylist designed for Fred Leighton. The collaboration, which debuted on Fashion’s Night Out, features one-of-a-kind bead necklaces comprised of faceted diamonds, Tahitian pearls, vintage glass, sapphires, hand-painted Czechoslovak wooden beads and a Victorian crystal heart. The line ranges from $3,500 to $25,000 and is the fine jeweler’s first-ever collaboration.

2010 Fashion's Night Out: Michael Kors

What do Lady Gaga and the musical Wicked have in common?

What do Lady Gaga and the musical Wicked have in common? They have both provided Broadway star Idina Menzel with insanely catchy songs to reinvent as her own — "Poker Face" and "Defying Gravity." In the midst of the Fashion's Night Out crowd and excitement, Menzel and Michael Kors came together at his flagship store on 61st Street and Madison Avenue to perform for me and countless other fans. It was the perfect combination of amazing and hilarious. Kors kept up as Menzel belted out those famous top notes of the Wicked finale. It was one of those duets that made me want to dance, smile, sing, and shop all at once. Too bad it only lasted for a couple of tunes. As a consolation prize, I got a close-up glimpse of Michael Kors with his famous aviator shades and spotted Menzel and hubby Taye Diggs taking pictures with fans outside. Now, that's what I call a collaboration! Check it out.

The Stars Align, Party, Sing, and Shop at Huge Fashion's Night Out in NYC!

The second annual Fashion's Night Out was an amazing success as stylish shoppers, designers, and stars took over Manhattan stores yesterday evening.

The second annual Fashion's Night Out was an amazing success as stylish shoppers, designers, and stars took over Manhattan stores yesterday evening. Sarah Jessica Parker has played a big part in the charitable event since its inception last year and stopped by Fred Leighton as well as joining Victoria Beckham, Nicole Richie, and Brian Atwood at Bergdorf Goodman. Leighton Meester posed pretty at Roger Vivier while her Gossip Girl costar Blake Lively was off at the Toronto Film Festival for The Town. Charlize Theron joined the woman behind it all, Anna Wintour, at the Dior boutique while Rachel Bilson showed off her legs at the Sunglass Hut. SJP and Anna both made multiple stops checking out the parties and fantastic memorable moments, like Michael Kors singing "Defying Gravity" and men in full body makeup, throughout the night. Jessica Alba's sparkly minidress at the Ralph Lauren store is currently your pick for best dressed!

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen took a turn behind the cash register at their Elizabeth and James pop-up shop in the West Village — stop by tomorrow for FabSugar day with bubbles, styling, and more! Nicole Richie sang karaoke to the Spice Girls at the Bergdorf bash, and Halle Berry signed copies of her gorgeous Vogue September issue at Ralph Lauren. Halle had a special glow as she was fresh off her romantic time in London with new man Olivier Martinez. Bar Refaeli snapped silly pictures at Armani, Fergie was the guest of honor at Nordstrom, and Christina Hendricks had a puppy along for her time at Carolina Herrera. Gwen Stefani debuted her new scent at Sephora. Diane Kruger looked dashing in red as one of the big names at Saks, along with Ed Westwick and Claire Danes. Jennifer Lopez represented at Macy's as did Kimora and Neil Patrick Harris. Victoria's Secret hosted its Angels, Heidi Klum and Nina Garcia were at Destination Maternity, Kerry Washington stopped by Tory Burch, and Prada was the spot for Jessica Szohr, Dakota Fanning, and Seth Meyers. For all the latest on NYFW, check out Pop, Bella, Fab, and Fashionologie!
