Who Wore It Better? Paule Ka Black and White Frock
It's time to debate who wore Paule Ka's black and white confection better: songstress Brandy or actress Odette Yustman. At first glance, both ensembles look practically identical, but if you hone in on the fine details, each lady added her own flair with different accessories and footwear. Brandy added a funky touch to her ensemble with sexy black sandals and a bold bangle at a Grammys afterparty. Odette wore hers to a Golden Globes soiree. She opted for a more elegant approach via gray satin platform pumps and dangly earrings. Both look beautiful — which do you prefer?

Which Grammy Award Winner Do You Work Out to the Most?
I admit it, I was into the Grammys this year. For sure, there were loads of songs nominated that I worked out to last year — like Britney's "Womanizer" and "Kids" by MGMT. But I was excited to see that some of my go-to artists for workout playlists were given big time Grammy love. Lady Gaga, Beyonce, and even indie darlings Phoenix always give me that extra push I need when I'm working it out at the gym. How about you . . .

Get Jennifer Lopez's 1970s-Inspired Grammys Hairstyle
The majority of you were loving Jennifer Lopez's look at the Grammys, and I've got the scoop on the inspiration behind her hairstyle from stylist Robert Vetica, who worked with the multitalented actress last night. Inspired by the 1970s, Vetica focused on creating volume and texture to give Jennifer's one-length hair a throwback feel, and here's how:
First, apply Moroccanoil Treatment on wet locks and blow-dry until the hair is smooth, using a round brush to build volume. After making a center part, start curling. Use a one-inch iron, making sure you curl the hair downward in a spiral fashion. (Vetica started curling in the back of Jennifer's hair, working his way to the front, lifting her hair away from her face in the process.) Next, break up the curl with your fingers and apply Moroccanoil Hydrating Styling Cream for texture and hold. Finish off by brushing out the hair, backcombing underneath for even more fullness, and then spritzing on hair spray for shine and control.

Get High Like Pink
Watching the Grammys last night, one of my favorite acts was Pink, not only because she is a gorgeous and strong role model for how your body can look with hard work, but because of her aerial dance moves. Wearing a skin-tight and skin-colored leotard, she spun high above us in the air, singing her heart out and doing acrobatic yoga moves while being cradled in a ribbon of white. It was really amazing, and if you missed it, check out the clip below of her gorgeous strength and flexibility.
While watching Pink soar in the air, if you thought "Wow, I want to do that," you're not alone. What woman doesn't want to wrap herself in ribbons and dance in the sky? Combining gymnastics, aerobatics, yoga, and dance, aerial dancing takes tremendous strength, courage, flexibility, and balance. Not only is it a great workout, but it will build your confidence and is probably the most fun you'll have while burning calories.
