Animal prints are a huge trend for Fall, and while they might be wild, they look incredibly chic in small doses — even on the smallest fashionista. (Think a mini Anne Bancroft or Audrey Hepburn, not a future cast member of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.) Wear them on your pants and you can make everything from a plain white t-shirt to a contrasting print (stripes and oversize polka dots would work best) look cool. Wear them on your feet and a neutral outfit becomes something extraspecial. Or rock a leopard jacket and prove yourself to be a serious trendsetter. We found 15 fashionable animal-print finds for girls of all ages, so check them all out and get ready to bring out your daughter's style wild side!
10 Mod Animal Prints That Will Grow With Your Little One
You might want to keep your real-life animals out of the baby's room, but the following 10 animal prints (we're talking art, not Jessica Simpson's favorite fabric) will be a welcome addition to your nursery. Even better, these prints won't have to move out with the crib; they're all modern enough to last your lil one for years to come.
Valentine's Day Table: Animal Magnetism
Here's a post from CasaSugar Community member CourtneyOutLoud from the Lovely Little Vignettes group:
Who says that Valentine's Day has to be about red hearts and cute cupids? Why not go wild and put your "lust" front and center on this holiday for lovers? I say go for animal prints this season - it's a fun twist on the traditional Valentine's Day theme.
Celebrity Accessory Report: Luxe Feline Touches
A touch of leopard print can go a long way, as exemplified by all of the celebrities spotted sporting the print on their shoes, bags, and scarves. It can lend a chic touch to a casual look, as seen on Beyoncé, or add that extra glamorous finish to a pretty party dress. We love the idea of bundling up this Winter in a cozy leopard print scarf or contrasting a LBD with an equally standout clutch. But if we only had to choose one feline print accessory, we'd go with the leopard print pump. As seen in the celebs in this sideshow, it's a popular choice and we can see why. Sexy, sleek, and perfectly polished.

Pre-Fall 2010 Trend: Animal Prints Galore

Leopard spots, snakeskin, and tiger stripes—designers took a walk on the wild side for pre-fall 2010. Animal prints showed up on bags, boots, scarves, and gloves (at Dolce & Gabbana and Emilio Pucci); metallic and sequined skinny trousers, one-shoulder dresses, and jumpsuits (at Stella McCartney); and head-to-toe looks (at Lanvin). Whether it's an accent accessory or a full-on statement, we're guessing spots will be a continued theme for fall 2010.
Trend Alert: Shiny Leopard
Katharine McPhee has come a long fashionable way since her days on American Idol. In the past years, the singer has ditched her girl-next-door style for streamlined chic — we love it. While attending a party in Beverly Hills, Katharine contrasted her black elements with a shiny leopard print skirt. Notice how the longer cut balances out the slight sheen. However, if you're feeling wild, opt for shorter hemlines and brighter hues. Rrrr.
