Trend Alert: Cat Print Minis

Sigh, I will never tire of Miranda Kerr's cuteness.

Sigh, I will never tire of Miranda Kerr's cuteness. In addition to being one of Victoria's Secret's top models, the natural beauty is also a master at casual cool styling. While running errands in her native hometown of Sydney, Australia, she cranked up the fashion factor by pairing a blazer and tee with a vivacious cat print mini. Genius. These savage minis — whether lush leopard, cheetah, or tiger prints — add the ideal dose of animal instinct, and look best paired with loose casual tops. Just look at Miranda for inspiration; you know I will.

Halloween

A Fabby Halloween: The Flintstones

The Flintstones would be so proud to see how their Stone Age fashions have influenced some of fashion's best.

The Flintstones would be so proud to see how their Stone Age fashions have influenced some of fashion's best. Peep Jeremy Scott's Spring '10 collection to see what I'm talking about. The quirky designer featured an awe-inspiring line based off the hit '60s cartoon complete with bone barrettes, bright colors, and animal prints. No doubt, Wilma and Betty would be super stoked to wear his kitschy confections. Thankfully, you don't have to buy designer to achieve the Flintstones' archaic look. Seek animal prints, faux-fur vests, and natural chunky jewelry for sexy Stone Age appeal — Wilmaaaaa!

Look of the Day

Look of the Day: Metallic Mama

Go kEsLy06, it's your birthday.

Go kEsLy06, it's your birthday. Well, her birthday was actually last week, but she still looks amazing nonetheless. The metallic mama celebrated her special day wearing a leopard print top and shimmery gunmetal miniskirt. Can you believe she got it for $8? What a steal! To complete her shine, the fashionphile adorned her feet with a pair of dark silver heels. Hope you had a lot of fun.

Come back and tell us what you have on!

Congrats to kEsLy06!

Everyone else, join the Look of the Day group, then submit your looks. I might feature you on FabSugar!

Trend Alert: Lush Leopard

I can't wait to cozy up in lush leopard come Fall.
Wilma at ShopStyle

I can't wait to cozy up in lush leopard come Fall. Yes, we've done the animal print thing, but leopard prints stand apart from the crowd with their sophisticated feline appeal. For the upcoming chilly months, layer your pet with wool coats and opaque tights. Shy ones, step into the trend via scarves, gloves, and shoes for minimal commitment and maximum appeal. Show off that roar!

2009 Fall: Michael Michael Kors and Kors

2009 Fall: Michael Michael Kors and Kors

Now that Fall ready-to-wear is all shown and done, designers are showing their lesser priced ideas. Michael Kor's neon notions might have been overboard for you, but his better-priced Michael Michael Kors and Kors lines are also punked up. Alongside simple LBDs, acid wash jeans, stormy prints, biker boots, stripes, and animal prints rule. This line is obviously geared toward (and priced for) the younger consumer, and colors stay in the bold black/white/gray/pink range. Works for me.

Online Sale Alert! Cute Clearance at Delia's

Scrounging through Delia's clearance section was well worth the effort.

Scrounging through Delia's clearance section was well worth the effort. It's currently stocked with tons of clothes and accessories marked up to a whopping 80 percent off. Doesn't this Delia's Lila Animal Print Cardigan ($15, originally $45) remind you of something Kate Moss would wear? Funny how it bares the same name as her daughter. Coincidence? Probably so, but that won't stop me from being inspired!

Trend Alert: Wild Scarves

Kate Moss may have been the originator, but check out that girl Kelly Osbourne.

Kate Moss may have been the originator, but check out that girl Kelly Osbourne. The transformed Brit is strutting her effortless style in a rockin' leopard scarf. That's right people, wild scarves are back with a ferocious roar. These felines add a punch of old school glamour to any ensemble and make for an amazing statement piece. Opt for minimalism and pair these print-heavy scarves with a neutral palette.
