Cable Knit Sweaters

Olivia Palermo attended the Mulberry Spring 2013 fashion show in London working a burnt orange cable-knit sweater, burgundy tuxedo-stripe Current/Elliott pants ($218), and colorblock pumps. The trendsetter has been on a chic Fashion Week streak lately, but we particularly love the Autumn-inspired color combination of her latest London look. In true Olivia fashion, she took her already enviable ensemble to the next level via ladylike colorblock pumps, a flower-print Mulberry tote, and a chain-link statement bracelet. Pair her exact tuxedo bottoms with a bold cable-knit pullover and colorblock pumps to step into Fall in style.

One of my favorite things about Fall is cozying up in a thick cable-knit sweater, so imagine my delight when I spotted this close-knit look from Fab reader tdavies1028. She looks fly and Fall-ready in a vintage off-white boyfriend sweater, black riding pants, and oxfords. I love her choice of delicate chains and a men's-inspired gold watch.

Nothing excites me more than Fall-worthy, cozy, oversize cable knit sweaters. But have you noticed there are way too many dorky styles out there? They make the task of finding the perfect one a drag. Luckily, I just stumbled upon this Free People Cable Pullover Sweater ($108). I'm tickled by the varying-sized braids and dolman sleeves. The price isn't ludicrous, but I found one that's equally cozy and less expensive. Let's take a lookie . . .
