While many PYTs showed up for Hollywood Life's 5th Annual Hollywood Style Awards in West Hollywood last night, no one shined like Kristen Bell. While the rest of the world is tucking away their summery dresses and sandals, she gave hers one last spin in a strapless striped ivory Monique Lhuillier dress, nude sandals and a jade green clutch.
