Every year around this time, brands pull out all the stops and issue gorgeous limited-edition versions of their best-loved products. This year is already proving to be a bumper crop, with skin care, makeup, and scent brands all getting in on the action. Over at Dolce & Gabbana, the two fabric lovers in chief have put together this pretty new bottle for their popular fragrance The One. This Lace Edition ($75) smells exactly like the original, but the black floral net appliqués make the bottle a divine gift for anyone who already enjoys the scent. "You wear the fragrance on your skin the way you'd wear the finest Sicilian lace, and this campaign celebrates that," the brand's face, Scarlett Johansson, has said. The new edition certainly does the concept justice.
Pregnant Style: Jessica Simpson
Jessica Simpson let her luscious locks fly freely at an event for her girls clothing collection held at Dylan's Candy Bar in NYC. The fashion mogul looked fierce in a leopard Dolce & Gabbana frock, which she styled with a leather Camilla and Marc jacket and black Jessica Simpson booties. She accessorized with gold hoops, a simple necklace, and her signature gold band. Re-create this fun and funky look with like items now.
Dolce & Gabbana Has a New Face, and She's British
Felicity Jones is a young British actress who's been building a reputation for serious acting chops with roles alongside Helen Mirren in The Tempest and in critically acclaimed new film Like Crazy. Her next role: the newest face of Dolce & Gabbana The Make Up, which also counts Scarlett Johansson as a spokesmodel. For the brand's forthcoming Khol Collection campaign, Felicity posed as an "aristocratic sauvage girl." What does that mean? We'll all find out when the ads are unveiled in early 2012.
A Look at Joanna Hillman's Wedding Dress

>> Earlier this month, street style favorite — and Harper's Bazaar senior market editor — Joanna Hillman married businessman Aram Green at Locanda Verde in New York City. She wore a slip dress from the Rochas archive — sent by Marco Zanini — for the ceremony and switched to a black Dolce & Gabbana dress for the afterparty. Photos from the festivities at the link. Add a Little Glamour to the Season With These Sparkly Clutches
>> Miniature minaudières and itty-bitty box bags get festive this season with rhinestones, glitter, and a heavy dose of sheen. Though they may be small in stature — just big enough for the necessities — these jazzed-up minis pack quite a style punch. Try Dolce & Gabbana's baroque pearl-and-gemstone-studded style (left) for a bit of '90s glam, or go girlie with Kate Spade's candy-colored jeweled version; both of those — plus more — here, in the slideshow.

See the Full, Supermodel-Filled Duran Duran Girl Panic! Music Video
>> We've been behind the scenes; now, the original supermodel-filled Duran Duran "Girl Panic!" music video is finally out in full.
Directed by Jonas Akerlund — who also did Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi" and "Telephone" music videos — the nearly 10-minute video features Naomi Campbell, Helena Christensen, Yasmin Le Bon, Cindy Crawford, and Eva Herzigova playing different Duran Duran band members, with Campbell as frontman Simon Le Bon. Footage of the supers partying, doing a Harper's Bazaar UK magazine shoot, and talking with reporters fills the film, which also has cameos from Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana.
Behind-the-Scenes Snaps (and a Short Film!) From the Upcoming Supermodel-Filled Duran Duran Music Video Shoot
>> Five of the original supermodels — Naomi Campbell, Helena Christensen, Yasmin Le Bon, Cindy Crawford, and Eva Herzigova — teamed up with Duran Duran in June to shoot the music video for the band's upcoming single, "Girl Panic!" . . . and the December 2011 issue of Harper's Bazaar UK has a first look.
As Duran Duran keyboardist Nick Rhodes explained of the project, "Harper's had approached us about collaborating with the magazine on something really special when the new album came out. I’d had this crazy idea for a video for the song 'Girl Panic!', that looked fantastic on paper, but that I thought in reality would be impossible to pull off. The idea was to re-create a day in the life of the band, with five of the world’s greatest supermodels playing all of us. Lucy [Yeomans, editor of Harper's Bazaar UK] loved the idea of doing a cover shoot within the video itself — and so it all began."
On the cover, the five supers wear black Dolce & Gabbana corsets — designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana were also on set for the shoot — and then inside, transform into Duran Duran band members, with Campbell playing lead singer Simon Le Bon.
The "Girl Panic!" video, which was directed by Jonas Ackerlund — who also did Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi" and "Telephone" music videos — is expected to be serialized virally online before premiering in whole later this year. See the first, below.
Pin-Up Girls and Pasta — Backstage at Dolce & Gabbana, Marni, Missoni, and Ferragamo
>> Yesterday's heavy-hitting show schedule made for a full day of fun backstage at Milan Fashion Week. Not only was there plenty of pin-up girl posturing at Dolce & Gabbana — in bejeweled maillots, no less — but also lots of madcap twirling in tomato-printed skirts and aubergine-patterned dresses. At Ferragamo, models pranced in flowing gowns fit for a night in the tropics; at Missoni, oversized fans provided the perfect coy accessory. But the most delicious thing spotted backstage? Earrings made from pasta at Dolce & Gabbana. Get a peek at all this and more, here in the slideshow.
