The curvy, pouty obsession continues. Hungarian model Barbara Palvin had a huge year in 2010, appearing in at least 15 editorials and making her runway debut last February as an exclusive to Prada. The 18-year-old model has the curves of Lara Stone and eyes and lips like Natalia Vodianova. Also like Natalia, her look can transition instantly from teenage innocence and sweetness to grown-up vixen. We expect this year to be even bigger for Barbara, and we can't wait to see where she walks for upcoming Fall 2011 shows. Click through our slideshow to see some of Barbara's most gorgeous editorials.
If you're not yet familiar with Brazilian beauty Emanuela de Paula, you will be. Not that her resume doesn't speak for itself — the 21-year-old model has strutted her stuff for Victoria's Secret, Zac Posen, Diane von Furstenberg, Ralph Lauren, and countless others. She's flashed her smile on the cover of Vogue and posed for DKNY and Tommy Hilfiger's campaigns, just to name a few. But, really, don't take my word for it, click through to see Emanuela's gorgeous transformations on the runway and in the pages of a few jaw-dropping editorials. She's one to watch, and I guarantee you'll be seeing more of her.
2010 was no small year for Puerto Rican model Joan Smalls. The woman known for her endless legs, powerful stare, and personal charm has walked the runway of every major fashion designer, including opening the Jason Wu and YSL Spring 2011 shows. Mario Testino, Steven Meisel, Patrick Demarchelier, and David Sims have all shot her in editorials. She appeared in Gucci's Pre-Fall 2010 ad campaign and just recently signed on to be the new face of Estée Lauder. Phew. And it goes without saying that she's completely stunning. Here's a slideshow of some of our favorite Joan Smalls moments thus far.
Every fashion week, there are a few special faces that catch our attention immediately. For New York Fashion Week Spring '11, Lindsey Wixson is it. In a sea of models who resemble one another — it's so hard to tell them apart these days! — Lindsey is an anomaly. Just take a look at those exaggerated, puckered lips. Unreal, right? No collagen there! And unlike most of the girls, she has ample bosom. Before you check out her modeling chops, here are some fun facts: Lindsey is 16, born in Kansas, and originally wanted to be a chef or a lawyer. She's come a long way since then!
While Aussie Miranda Kerr was your pick, we were truly enchanted with Natalia Vodianova. In '09, the Russian beauty took the fashion world by storm swooping up copious ad campaigns, magazine covers, and runway shows. After all, who can turn down those electric blue eyes and supple pout? Not I. If that weren't enough, Natalia also tried her hand at designing for lingerie and swimwear brand Etam and knit house Lutz & Palmos. All of that while taking care of her cute kiddies and hubby Justin Portman — a Super in the making.
It was good to be Constance Jablonski during the Spring '10 shows. The French stunner booked more shows — 72! — than any other model this season. Trailing behind her were Kasia Struss at 61 and Hanne Gaby Odiele at 56. So if Constance walked at least twice in each show, then that means she showed off about 144 looks. Whoa.
The 19-year-old is clearly a rising star; she has a tall, svelte bod, gorgeous blue eyes, just-right lips, and a perfect jaw. In the three years she's been in the industry, she's worked for Givenchy, Teen Vogue, Topshop, Donna Karan, La Perla, Moschino, Harper's Bazaar . . . the list goes on and on. Constance is a constant, so keep your eyes peeled.
Hungarian model Eniko Mihalik is one to watch. She's currently strutting the New York Fashion Week catwalks like a pro, and she has even made it into the 2010 Pirelli calendar, which is no easy feat. If you don't yet know the 22-year-old, Fashion Week is a good place to start because she's made it into some major shows like Rodarte, Carolina Herrera, and Jason Wu. But her shining moment, in my humble opinion, is this look from Carlos Miele — now that's how to do high-fashion cleavage!
Oh to be dubbed "Little Cindy," (i.e. Cindy Crawford). Thanks to the perfectly placed mole on her upper lip and her gorgeous looks, 21-year-old model Kendra Spears was given that nickname by her family when she was young. And so, the Seattle-born Spears was destined to become a model. She was discovered by Ford on MySpace, then became a finalist in the agency's Supermodel of the World competition. She is currently one of the faces of Prada's Fall ad campaign and can be seen on many a catwalk when she's not working towards her BA in sociology from the University of Washington. Beauty and brains? Sounds just like Cindy!

Meet Sean O'Pry. Oh, boy. Not only does he have an inhumanly stunning face, he has been named The World's Most Successful Male Model by Forbes Magazine. And, he's just 19. In 2006, his MySpace photo caught the attention of Lana Winters, owner VNY Models, who phoned Sean's mother to get her permission to fly him to NYC. It took only three days before he landed a major ad campaign. "He came here with a little suitcase, not knowing what to expect and basically became a star overnight," says Winters. "I've been in this business for a very, very long time and I've never seen anybody get such a response," she said. I can see why.
Newcomer British model Eliza Cummings has everyone yapping. Maybe it's because her start was such a cinch compared to other models. Immediately after signing with Select — thanks to her mom's friend who suggested she see an agent — she booked Vogue Italia. Shortly thereafter, Steven Meisel shot her for the cover of the same mag. Or perhaps it's because she resembles Elvis Presly. For a short while there, she was going by Eliza Presly, upon the advice of her agency.
She's back to Cummings now and literally rocking the modeling world with her hardcore boyish look. These days you'll find the 18-year-old posing frequently with ex-boyfriend model Ash Stymest — people say the two Brits looks alike. She's also one of Marc Jacobs' Top Ten Heads. Not bad, for being new in town. Get to know Eliza better.
