The target for this fragrance is the younger YSL contender who is "bursting with life and vitality." What also makes this scent special is that it has brought back the original monogram that Yves Saint Laurent himself used in the launch of his freshman perfume, "Y" in 1964.

Welcome to the first of several sexy scents that will be featured this week. This fab fragrance is divalicious, and promises to make you feel like a golden goddess. I am not talking about Cate Blanchett at the 2007 SAG Awards, I am talking about the saucy and sexy perfume by Kimora Lee Simmons called, Golden Goddess, $52.
This scent must be modeled after its maker, Kimora Lee Simmons; it's glamorous, golden and is adorned with lots of bling! It evokes feelings of champagne wishes and caviar dreams.

The smell is derived from top notes of actual champagne, seringa, blue lilies, night orchid, chocolate and caramel gourmand, vanilla flower patchouli and vetiver. It has a moderate scent strength and should stay on anywhere from six to ten hours.

The faceted bottle was inspired by Kimora's adoration of the rare and prized canary-yellow diamond. It even comes with a faux canary-yellow diamond ring that is atop the neck of the bottle...how fun! It is also available in a shimmering body lotion for $45.

Vera Wang has once again grown her empire of: beds, dresses, china, lingerie, shoes, jewelry, eye wear, home collections, and books. Her latest addition in her fragrance line is a scent called, Vera Wang Truly Pink Perfume, $85.

Vera says, “For me, Truly Pink is the embodiment of pure femininity...enchanting and forever in bloom.” I can't argue with that since pink also happens to be one of my favorite colors. This new perfume is as soft as a rose petal. It exudes the essence of a gentle woman with its floral heart.

It has top notes of: white freesia, cassis and lychee blossom; middle notes of: peony, pink rose accord, pink lilly of the valley; and base notes of: woods, iris and violet wood.

You can also buy a 6.7 oz body crème, $85, and a 5 oz tube of body lotion, $40, beginning in February.

These large vials of Japanese oils and eau de parfums are individually decorated in fabulous Yuzen paper packaging reflecting each of the fragrance's key ingredients. Estee Lauder Beautiful Love Perfume, $78, is a spin off of their classic 1985 scent Beautiful, and launched earlier this month. The new and improved scent has a lighter, sweeter smell and a more modern essence to it.

It is made from: pomelo zest, mango mist, Tahitian tiare, white freesia, magnolia, wet ivy leaves, pink pepper, marigold, tuberose, jasmin absolute, jasmin sambac, cantaloupe, rose, osmanthus, carnation, black violet, white orris, vetiver, cashmeran, heliotrope, tonka bean, whipped cream accord, sandalwood, white moss and patchouli.
