Fall's prim and proper theme has a deliciously subversive undercurrent; lurking under the Peter Pan collar blouses and sock-filled loafers is one sexy bombshell waiting to come out. Case in point: Gisele playing the rebellious schoolgirl in i-D mag and Mila Kunis embracing a sex kitten vibe for Glamour UK. It's fun to see the theme played out in the pages of a fashion mag, but little skirts, socks, loafers, and bedroom eyes might be tougher to pull off in real life. Will you wear the trend this Fall?

The Sexy Schoolgirl Trend: Love It or Leave It?

Love it — I'm counting the days until the first day of school.

Leave it — this is more appropriate for a costume party.

Well, we never thought we would actually see this. Yes, we saw pajamas as a rising trend for resort — the resort collections of Louis Vuitton and Celine are proof — and yes, we picked menswear pajamas as our August must have, but seeing them worn in public as a complete outfit has taken us aback. Designer Rachel Roy chose menswear pajamas, accessorized with a brown leather clutch and dressy heels, for the One Day premiere in New York. We love the idea of styling the top or the bottoms with something a little less loungy, but the whole outfit seems a bit much. What's your take?

Kristin Davis wore an Oscar de la Renta Pre-Fall 2011 pink chiffon dress with a velvet bow to the Genesis Awards in California, while Kate Winslet chose a Max Chaoul white dress with black bow for the Cardboard Citizens fundraiser dinner in London — at which she donated the dress to charity! Both dresses have a flirty, girly appeal, the question is which one do you like better?
