Target hit us with a double whammy announcing two exclusive designer collaborations that launch Oct. 12: the illustrious shoe duo Sigerson Morrison and the highly acclaimed Anya Hindmarch handbags.
Despite being victim to yet another boutique robbery, handbag designer Anya Hindmarch is still going strong. Her collection for Target, ranging from $20 to $50, stays true to her signature style, and incorporates playful textures and colors such as patent finishes and rich colors. Styles include satchels, shoulder bags, and clutches.
The Sigerson Morrison for Target footwear collection, designed by CFDA award winners Kari Sigerson and Miranda Morrison, includes a wide array of studded and textured booties, pumps, and flats made in cool metallics and suede. Prices range from $30 to $40.

Target's Go International line is about to see its quirkiest, most avant-garde designs yet thanks to British designer Jonathan Saunders. The news of the collaboration came a few months back and I have no doubt that it excited the fashion-forward crowd. Starting Oct. 5, those who love a little funky in their closet will be able to score art-inspired pieces with splashes of color, modern silhouettes, and unique prints.
For his cheaper collection, ranging from $14.99 to $59.99, Saunders was highly influenced by artists like Gustav Klimt, Jackson Pollock, and Rothko (like far left ombre dress, worn by model Hanne Gaby Odiele). If those names mean nothing to you, perhaps a Wikipedia session prior to purchasing would help.

We have confirmation: Next up for GO International is Thakoon! I know what you're thinking, what happened to the McQueen possibility? Alas, it was a rumor. It happens. But sometimes rumors are true — every Pop reader knows this. In the meantime, the ruggedly feminine Thakoon Panichgul will bring us his designs on a dollar come December, just in time for the holidays. Merry Thakoon!
It's no secret I'm in love with the diffusion lines at Target. And it's definitely no secret that I love a sale. So when those inexpensive designer goods get even cheaper, I pounce like a jackal in the wild. To make room for the Richard Chai collection, Target is having a giant clearance sale on its Rogan line. Nothing is more than $11.24, this shift dress is $9.99 (down from $39.99), and surprisingly, the sizes aren't too picked over. Get it while the getting's good.
Keep your fingers crossed. Alexander McQueen is rumored to be Target's next GO International designer. According to sources, the British designer and Target are in the works of stamping a deal.
If Target is able to secure McQueen, this will undoubtedly be the most superior collaboration in Target Go International history.
