Even while we're fully immersed in the Fall '11 collections, the beginning of March has me thinking all things Spring. Did you know Geren Ford started off as a lingerie line? Interesting. However, designer Geren Lockhart quickly moved over to sportswear when people started wearing her innerwear as outerwear. Now that her ready-to-wear line is running smoothly, Geren is going back to her roots with the relaunch of intimates. Geren's vintage-inspired Holiday collection, wholesaling between $34 to $116, includes silk camisoles, slips, panties, and pajama pants in black, white, and jewel tones. Embellishments such as ruffles, tucks, pleats, snaps, and exposed zippers will add special touches. The collection hits stores in October. Sweet.
