Clive Owen made a cameo last night at the Milan opening of Vladimir Restoin-Roitfeld's latest presentation of artist Richard Hambleton's creations. Vladimir, who kept close to his mother, Carine, mingled with a crowd that included Rachel Zoe and her husband Rodger Berman. Clive, meanwhile, caught up with the Armanis, Giorgio and Roberta. After a few months out of the spotlight, Clive's back on the scene with his latest evening out and his recent appearance at the BAFTAs with wife Sarah-Jane Fenton. He was just off filming Trust, David Schwimmer's latest directorial project, and Clive evidently has another few projects that he's deciding between for the future. He said, "I'm not sure what I’m doing next."

Jil Sander, Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani, D&G, and Dolce & Gabbana are the latest runway collections to be featured live online during Milan Fashion Week.

This Friday Giorgio Armani will kick things off with a live stream of his Emporio Armani collection on the new Emporio Armani website at 10:30AM EST. Later in the day (1:45PM EST), Jil Sander will showcase the fall collection at jilsander.com, and on Saturday Giorgio Armani presents his main runway show at 8:15AM EST exclusively on Vogue Italy's website.

Meanwhile Dolce & Gabbana takes things a step further, not only offering shows live on the website and Facebook page, but also optimizing the video stream for iPhone and Android mobile devices. Check out both shows from your video-enabled phones at live.dolcegabbana.mobi. D&G takes place Thursday, February 25 at 9AM EST, and the Dolce & Gabbana collection will be shown on Sunday, February 28 at 7AM EST.

If you loved Lady Gaga's awesome orbital ensemb by Giorgio Armani at the Grammys, you'll be happy to hear there's more crazy-cool looks coming your way. The designer has designed a collection of costumes for Gaga to wear on her current Monster Ball tour, and it's filled with insane Gaga flavor.

"We hear Lady Gaga's music everywhere we go, it is like a soundtrack of our times," said Giorgio Armani. "In addition to her formidable songwriting skills, she is a modern fashion phenomenon."

Complementing her pop eclectic sounds, the designer created this dramatic shoulder body suit, a geometric mirrored minidress, a floor-length black patent trench coat, and a lobster claw-sleeved bodysuit. Armani also designed accessories and footwear to complete her ferosh looks.

>> Milan Fashion Week, which was officially scheduled to run Feb. 24 to March 1 this year, was almost compressed into three days after Italian fashion houses scrambled to coincide with Anna Wintour's schedule. "Anna Wintour, the woman who holds Italian fashion in the palm of her hand," read the headline of Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera.

Wintour will only be in Milan from Feb. 26 through 28 (reportedly because she's going to France for Paris Fashion Week and then flying to Los Angeles for the Oscars on March 7). "She wants designers to schedule their shows during these three days," Mario Boselli, president of the Italian Fashion Chamber, told the Telegraph UK. "She's welcome in Milan but if she only comes for a fleeting visit, perhaps it would be better is she stayed at home."

Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Fendi, and Giorgio Armani, who were all schedule to show at the end of Fashion Week wanted to changed dates, according to Boselli.  But this morning, WWD reported that Prada, which was originally scheduled for Feb. 26, and Fendi, which was originally showing on Feb. 27, each opted to show on Feb. 25 instead.

The Spring couture shows are currently underway in Paris, which means it's time for star-studded front rows. Anne Hathaway was Giorgio Armani's guest of honor yesterday for his presentation, though she was able to tear herself away from his runway full of red carpet-worthy gowns long enough to exchange loving glances with her boyfriend Adam Shulman. Anne recently found out she's the year's female recipient of Harvard's Hasty Pudding pot, and she's also set to announce the Oscar nominations back in LA on February 2. Elsewhere in Paris, Hilary Swank joined Inglourious Basterds's Melanie Laurent at a collection from Etam designed by the model Natalia Vodianova. This morning brought Karl Lagerfeld's latest collection for Chanel, which went with a "neon baroque" theme. Pregnant Claudia Schiffer was there to join Alexa Chung and the always attention-grabbing Kanye West and Amber Rose.
