I Want This Wardrobe: Gossip Girl, Georgina Sparks

Ooh, Georgina does not look happy.

Ooh, Georgina does not look happy. Looks like her karma finally caught up with her on the season finale of Gossip Girl. She's being sent away to girls gone bad boot camp, but I hope we see her rebellious, moody style again. Something tells me she'll be back . . .

Did you take our fabulous season finale Gossip Girl fashion quiz?!

I Want This Wardrobe: Serena van der Woodsen

Poor Serena, so conflicted by ghosts of ill behaviors past.

Poor Serena, so conflicted by ghosts of ill behaviors past. Been there done that! But this Gossip Girl still manages to look fantastic. This is one of her cutest looks yet, I think. Running through the streets of NYC trying to fend of Georgina. Isn't that girl a piece of work? She may be sinking, but Serena's fashion is blooming.

Leave it to Blair Waldorf to scheme in style — this week's episode of Gossip Girl had Blair planning the studious Nelly Yuki's demise. You would never know that Blair wasn't the resident academic over-achiever in this preppy ensemble, though. From her perfect saddle shoes and argyle sweater to her prim little gloves and headband, her look practically redefines "polished." If only she spent less time conspiring and more time actually hitting the books . . . but then she wouldn't be Blair, would she?

The debut of Georgina Sparks on last night's Gossip Girl was just as dramatic as the previews made it out to be . . . this girl has trouble written all over her. Her look seems to be all lamé leggings, studs, and spray-on jeans thus far, which is a fun departure from Blair's high maintenance look and Serena's Kate Moss-inspired wardrobe. From her patent Jimmy Choos and black J Brand skinnies to her Gucci reptilian handbag and tangle of chains, the former Buffy sibling is projecting pure attitude. I wonder what kind of trouble she's going to stir up as "Sarah."

After a long and painful wait, Gossip Girl is back!

After a long and painful wait, Gossip Girl is back! Little J seems to be ascending the ranks of the hierarchy, or at least trying her darndest to, and her wardrobe is following behind. Jenny spruced up her school garb with nothing less than a Valentino coat, Tahari blouse, Moschino heels, and an eye-popping Valentino bag. Whew! And she still felt compelled to nick a Valentino gown? Tsk, tsk. Of course, no Gossip Girl fashion fix could be complete without a stunning array of hosiery and headbands. Are you excited as we are about the return of these Upper East Siders and their colorful confections?

Sunny Serena was looking gorgeous per usual in last night's episode of Gossip Girl. Being the character with the most wearable wardrobe, Serena injected some street cool into her school uniform with a fetching pair of flat boots from Barney's Co-op, a trusty Mike & Chris leather jacket, and a Ferragamo bag. Now that you've got her look, all you need is the never-ending parties, Blair drama, and a quick-witted underdog boy toy. However, that might all be thrown into turmoil with the return of the postal-savvy "G" next week . . .

Gossip Girl keeps getting better and better, and so do the girls' wardrobes!

Gossip Girl keeps getting better and better, and so do the girls' wardrobes!

Last night, Serena van der Woodsen took a traditional school girl ensemble and gave it a sassy twist with a sequined Nanette Lepore cardigan, over-the-knee tights a la Carrie Bradshaw, and a brown Botkier bag. Isn't it ironic that these ladies dress in school uniforms yet act like seasoned adults? That's why you gotta love Gossip Girl.

Things went from sweet to scandalous on this week's Gossip Girl, but thankfully the girls maintained their fashionable wardrobes.

Things went from sweet to scandalous on this week's Gossip Girl, but thankfully the girls maintained their fashionable wardrobes. The Marc by Marc Jacobs lace and metallic dress Blair wore to Thanksgiving was festive and she made the ensemble her own with a pearl necklace, Trina Turk capelet, Stuart Weitzman bow clutch, and crochet tights.

Now if only B's internal drama could be as polished as her exterior...

While Blair played the part of sophisticate at her birthday shindig in a Valentino party dress from the Fall/Winter 2005 collection, Serena was all about street chic. And good thing because her look was perfect for rockin' out on Guitar Hero. Way to trump Vanessa, S!

Is it me or is Jenny Humphrey getting more and more beautiful and stylish with each episode of Gossip Girl?

Is it me or is Jenny Humphrey getting more and more beautiful and stylish with each episode of Gossip Girl? Last night, when she was running errands for Blair in hopes of obtaining an invite to the masked ball, she wore a Kenzie Girl polka dot dress, a Marc by Marc Jacobs camel blazer and a Magical Pegasus bag. Granted, many people don't look this put together when running errands, but this is TV land and we can dream. Until next time, Upper East Siders...
