Gossip Girl Season 1

Hello girls, Gossip Girl fan here. As usual, S and B are dressed to kill in this week's episode — they have the van der Woodsen and Waldorf names to live up to, after all. But even Little J got in on the action, and between the three of them, designers like Catherine Malandrino, Phillip Lim, and Milly were worn and then cast aside. Ah, to live the Upper East Side high life...but wait, maybe we still can! Another week, another spicy episode of Gossip Girl! More drama brewed between Serena van der Woodsen and her on-again off-again BFF Blair Waldorf. True, the girls called a truce (for now) but B's jealousy of S was so thick, you could cut it with a knife. After Blair found out she was to be the model for her mother's clothing line, Serena and friends helped her practice fun poses. In that scene, Serena wore a darling dress by Vena Cava and snakeskin pumps. The other girls looked pretty but Serena stood out because of her simplicity and grace. Get her look below!

In last night's episode, prior to the drama with the photo shoot, Blair and Serena went on a mini shopping spree. Well, not so mini considering the shopping bags they're toting. Serena chose to go casual in her grey skinny Wrangler jeans, BCBG denim vest and Gucci Indy bag. As usual, Blair was dressed up in a Milly dress, black tights and oxford pumps.

This is one of my favorite Blair looks so far because she looks polished and a tad androgynous. Though sometimes she overdoes it with the tights, they go really well with this outfit. If you'd like to go shopping and look this chic, get her look below.

"Gossip Girl" debuted last week and though I was skeptical at first, it has done a fabulous job of nurturing my "The O.C." withdrawals.

In the second episode last night, Serena van der Woodsen's current frenemy Blair Waldorf had an exceptional wardrobe, one of them being a delicate white eyelet dress she wore to to a fundraiser brunch at a posh hotel. Like a true rich girl, she donned pearl bracelets, a girlie headband and just to spice things up, a pair of sexy patterned tights. Sticking with the innocent-but-sexy motif, she wore black patent Mary Janes on her feet.
