While we're excited by the prospect (and official start) of Spring, this week's onslaught of Fall '13 previews have us excited for what's in store next season, too. Coach wowed us with textured bags and vibrant leopard-print capes; the focus on high-shine beetles at Tory Burch made a lasting impression; and Jason Wu landed on the West Coast for an encore Fall '13 runway show. Fashion Month may be over, but the fun hasn't stopped rolling in — but you probably already know that if you follow our Instagram (what, you don't? Do so right away!). This week we started to get sneak peeks at Holiday and Spring collections from designers like Alice + Olivia and Hudson jeans. Back at the FabSugar offices, we tried on some killer Alexander Wang boots and got into the Halloween spirit with DIY fashion pumpkins (think gold and studded instead of your traditional jack-o'-lantern). Finish it off with a party hosted by Alexa Chung, and we had a pretty festive and fashion-filled week.
It's official: Fashion Month has ended, but before we move on, we're recapping all of the fun, fashion, and food from Paris on our Instagram feed (what's that? You don't follow us on Instagram? We spotted stylish celebrities at Dior, Chanel, and Valentino, spoke with the woman behind the gorgeous Chanel Spring 2013 pearls, and even had time for a quick trip to Pierre Hermé for a macaron . . . or two. Back in New York, we previewed the Zara Home collection and even got a sneak peek at the new gowns from the Vera Wang David's Bridal collection.
