For Fall, Jean Michel-Cazabat drew inspiration from his worldly travels creating a romantic-meet-rugged collection filled with lace trimmings, buckles, beads, and vintage coins. With prices ranging from around $200 to $300 dollars, purchasing a pair is still an investment but in our eyes, well worth it. Peruse the lookbook to see luscious red peep-toe booties, pumps decorate with vintage-inspired baubles, and luxe animal-print wedges right now.

Shoes! Bags! Jewels! Guess the Designer Specialty
Some designers choose to create within one category, while others dabble in a few. Some start off doing a specialty then branch out. 2008 was the year many designers expanded their repertoires. Are you familiar with designers and what they create? Find out by reading the designers below and deciding which fashion category (or categories) they design for.
Take the QuizCelebrity Style: Whitney Port
We were just obsessing over Whitney's Gucci Hysteria handbag ($1,395) — more on that later — and here she is flaunting it again. Beside her new hottie! Go Whitney. In front of the NYC Diane von Furstenberg store no less. Her black shirt dress is a proven classic but she Whitifies it with a vintage-looking brown belt, black t-strap pompom sandals (I appreciate the lower heel), and mixed jewelry. Try, try to focus on the classically redone outfit and not the two lovebirds — hard, I know.

Who Wore It Better? Spring 2008 Abaeté Dress
Rachel Bilson's Spring '08 Abaeté dress was one of my inspirations for the Party On Party Dresses series. With the gaggle of stars showing up to New York fashion week, it was only a matter of time before duplications arose. Sure enough, Vanessa Simmons attended Betsey Johnson's Fall '08 show in the same Abaeté dress in the aqua version. Whose look are you loving the most?
The Grace, Elegance, and Sex Appeal of the Peep Toe!

We should all take it as a blessing when a classic style makes its way back into the fashion game. To my relief: Fall is all about dressing like a woman - no more frilly ruffles and layers inspired by little girls. As this week's Life & Style points out, it is time to reevaluate your shoe collection and ask yourself: do I have a pair of graceful, elegant, sexy peep toes? If the answer is no, or even yes, get ready for some major peep toe fun. What's more, you can wear these with just about anything and deliver womanly confidence.
Think Marilyn, Brigitte, Elizabeth Taylor, and even Jennifer Lopez - these women know the power of the peep toe. Discover it yourself!
