If you're an NYC resident, you may have already spied the bright ropes snaking around Madison Square Park, turning the public hangout into a work of art. That's artist Orly Genger's commissioned project "Red, Yellow and Blue," a monumental (read: 1.4 million feet of rope and more than 3,000 gallons of paint) take on his renowned work with intricate hand-knotted and painted rope. But, if your Summer itinerary doesn't include a trip to NY to see the project firsthand, you can still get your hands on a piece of the art, thanks to Orly Genger by Jaclyn Mayer's MSP collection.
Drawing from the installation's bold palette and materials, this lineup fuses the artist's work with a minimalist feel — think rope bracelets, anchored with gold-plated hardware and knotted and geometric necklaces in bold primary hues.
