Karlie Kloss Teams Up With Frame Denim on Extralong Jeans

The latest collaboration to make news is for denim lovers - and, as Karlie Kloss told Vogue, it's also for "freakishly tall" girls like her. The lanky 6'1" model has teamed up with Frame Denim - and her friends Jens Grede and Erik Torstensson - on a capsule called Forever Karlie. It includes two extralong jean styles, one flared and one skinny silhouette, in light and dark washes, each with 40-inch inseams (the average being around 30 to 32 inches).

The partnership was not borne out of a need to join in on the growing collaboration bandwagon, but out of sheer necessity. "Finding pants that fit is something I've struggled with my whole life," Kloss said. And it isn't just length that defines this capsule. The waistband is slightly higher, making it near impossible to reveal too much skin. "There's nothing worse than a pair of jeans that leaves you feeling exposed when you bend down!"

The collection - priced at $209 and $219 - is slated to debut at Barneys New York, Net-A-Porter, Ron Herman, and Jeffrey the first week of June. A closer look at the Karlie Kloss for Frame Denim campaign, here in the gallery.

And to showcase this latest round of swimwear, Candice Swanepoel, Alessandra Ambrosio, Erin Heatherton, and Maryna Linchuk took the beaches (once again) in an apropos lineup of very sexy looks. From the curve-enhancing push-up iterations - complete with gold-chain detailing and lacy overlays - to the retro ruffle-trimmed suits, to the sportier floral-printed bandeaus and bottoms, this is the kind of warm-weather styling that actually applies, albeit with a much sexier VS tinge, to the getaways we're planning for Spring break and beyond. La Vie en Rose: Karlie Kloss Stars in Moda Operandi's Flower-Filled Spring 2013 Ads

Florals? For Spring? Absolutely. In Moda Operandi's Spring 2013 campaign, Karlie Kloss dons some of the season's prettiest flowery pieces, from an array of designers that includes Thom Browne, Rodarte, Suno, and Katie Ermilio, among others.

But photographer Cedric Buchet's dramatic campaign, which is called "La Vie en Rose," doesn't simply feature the flowers on the clothing. Instead, a number of blooms were digitally superimposed over the photos to create a buoyant visual effect. Some of the flowers float over Kloss's lithe figure, while others simply fill whatever room she's in.

It's Official: Karlie Kloss Is a Victoria's Secret Angel

Karlie Kloss has finally gotten her wings. The model is now a bona fide Victoria's Secret Angel, and she put her halo on display this week at the brand's Spring 2013 swim collection photocall in Los Angeles.

Kloss, flanked by veteran Angels Candice Swanepoel and Alessandra Ambrosio, posed for the cameras in a white knit top and a pink bikini. She also participated in this week's #AskAnAngel Q&A session on Twitter, fielding fans' questions about everything from her favorite actress ("I'm currently in love with Jennifer Lawrence," she said) and her favorite colors to wear to the beach.

While Kloss has appeared in ads for Victoria's Secret and walked in the brand's annual fashion show not once, but twice, her official inclusion on the roster of Angels will doubtlessly mean big things for her career. Being an Angel is a little bit like a stairway to heaven in the modeling industry for a variety of reasons - not least of which is that Angels tend to be the highest-earning women in the business. On Forbes's list of the highest-paid models of 2012, six were current or former Angels.

After a long day poolside showing off the latest lineup of Victoria's Secret bikinis, the VS Angels slipped into their cocktail attire to play hostesses for the label's 2013 swim launch party. True to form, Alessandra Ambrosio, Candice Swanepoel, and Karlie Kloss brought a trio of looks that didn't short on the sex appeal. Alessandra showed her affinity for sequins and mini hemlines in a sliver-toned sheer and embellished Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti dress, which she finished with pointed-toe pumps. Candice, too, flaunted her famous figure, albeit in a calf-length, bold-printed Peter Pilotto sheath, which she complemented with an understated updo and simple black pumps. And, if you're thinking Karlie's cutout Cushnie et Ochs dress looks familiar, you'd be right; the supermodel stepped out in a very similar Michael Kors style at this year's Grammys - a testament to the fact that you don't mess with a good thing.
