Model Karolina Kurkova attended Fashion's Night Out in NYC last night wearing a pretty pleated floral skirt, but it was the accompanying black pieces that really elevated her look to fashion-forward heights. Karolina tucked a black collared blouse, which she buttoned up all the way, into her skirt, then threw on a shiny statement necklace over it for mega pizazz. Continuing her moody vibe were black ankle boots and a dark-red lip. The Czech model will be running around shooting scenes for her new show on Oxygen, The Face. Both Marc Jacobs and Zac Posen have been asked to be on Naomi Campbell's modeling reality show, The Face.

While it's unclear how the designers would participate in the show, a source told Page Six that they'd both been approached about possible involvement. This news comes a month after the announcement that Coco Rocha and Karolina Kurkova had signed on as cast members.

The show, which is scheduled to start airing in 2013, will follow the three as they scout their own teams of aspiring catwalkers from across the United States. Then, the supermodels will guide their teams through challenges including runway shows, photo shoots, and commercials. The prize for winning the competition is a contract to be a brand ambassador for a well-known company.

"SO HAPPY to tell you, along with Naomi Campbell & Karolina Kurkova I will be one of three model mentors on 'The Face'!" Rocha tweeted in July, along with a link to a post about the show on her personal blog. "Naomi, Karolina and I will be introducing the girls to some of the very best photographers, stylists and designers in the fashion world," she wrote. "As mentors to the girls we hope to impart valuable lessons and skills that will help them through their challenges, giving them an accurate idea of what it takes to have a career as a model and be the face of a brand."

Campbell, Kurkova, and Rocha will be joined by host Nigel Barker, who left his position as a judge on America's Next Top Model last year.
