>> Marc Jacobs and Lorenzo Martone originally planned on having a very small, two-person wedding at the end of August.  It was never confirmed after the fact, though, and it sounds like that's because it hasn't happened yet.  Jacobs told the Times UK: "We still haven’t fixed the date but Lorenzo and I believe in commitment. We’re quite classic like that. We’ve got the licence, hence the rumours that we’d already got married. So hopefully it will happen in 2010. When it does, it will be very low-key."

Jacobs says that the economy has affected him personally — "I’ve cut back, because my partner Lorenzo and I are buying a house in the West Village in New York" — but it sounds like it hasn't affected Louis Vuitton the way it has Versace, Zac Posen, and Gucci — the former has announced impending layoffs, and cuts are expected to be announced at the latter two. "In terms of what’s selling at Louis Vuitton, the recession hasn’t changed anything . . . our sales are up and I haven’t noticed that people’s tastes have got more subdued. There’s this huge cult following of almost crazy people at Vuitton who just want whatever they buy to be exclusive."

>> Marc Jacobs May Be Married, Appearing on Reality TV Show; Louis Vuitton to Live Stream Show —Marc Jacobs and fiance Lorenzo Martone were planning on getting married in a very quiet ceremony at the end of August, but there was never any official confirmation.  It appears that it happened, though: Style.com's Derek Blasberg Tweeted a few days ago: "Going for a drink at the new Mrs. Martone-Jacobs' apartment, then OUT. The wife's away this weekend."  While we're on hearsay surrounding Jacobs, he has expressed interest in doing a reality TV show in the past and is rumored to be participating in an upcoming reality show dubbed Kept, pitched as a gay version of The Real Housewives franchise.  One fact to counteract all the rumors? >> Marc Jacobs's Spring 2010 show is just a little over an hour away — and there's plenty of hints that have been going around.  It's all front row again, according to today's The Daily, and Lorenzo Martone told The Cut it will celebrity-free: "I think Marc is really tired of the rock-and-roll thing, so it’s going to be very romantic. >> Marc Jacobs To Marry This Weekend, May Be Cutting Spring 2010 Guest List Even More than Last Season —Marc Jacobs's wedding is supposedly happening this weekend — and despite the fact that the ceremony will only be attended by him and Lorenzo Martone,  an after-party is in the works.  Marc is also bringing back his Fashion Week after-party for Spring 2010 after cancelling it last season, with Lady Gaga as the guest of honor; as for his fashion show's guest list, which he cut from 2,000 to 900 last season, he told The Cut: "We’re definitely not going to be doing our huge show. >> Marc Jacobs's Wedding Will Only Have Two Attendees —Marc Jacobs was in East Hampton, New York, over the weekend, but he's still promising his wedding to Lorenzo Martone, which is supposed to be this month in Provincetown, Massachusetts, is happening "soon."  Those who were expecting a big affair will be disappointed — he says that no friends or family will attend the ceremony: "[The wedding will be] very quiet, just the two of us. The trailer for the upcoming season has just hit the web, full of her catchphrases, footage from Paris (only New York was highlighted last season), Rachel riding on a Segway, and featuring cameos by Diane von Furstenberg, Karl Lagerfeld, Giambattista Valli, Liv Tyler, and Lorenzo Martone.  

And for those who've noticed Zoe's tendency to wear loose dresses and voluminous clothes on the red carpet, it's because when she tries to wear something more form-fitting — like a sequined flapper-style dress in the trailer — her husband and assistant both tell her she can't because of all the bad press about how thin she is.
