Missoni For Target Is the Best Designer Collaboration of the Year!

While wrapping up the best in style, we asked you to pick your favorite designer collaboration of the year. It was a tough fight — after all, this year brought heavy hitters like Prabal Gurung at J.Crew and Versace partnering with H&M — but, after tallying the votes (and weighing in ourselves), it was pretty obvious that Missoni For Target took the collaborative cake. From the start, the 400-plus piece collection — which spanned everything from clothes and bedding to dinnerware, luggage, and bicycles — was hotly anticipated, resulting in explosive first-day sales that managed to shut down Target's website. If you were able to score a piece, consider yourself lucky; most items sold out within minutes. Here's to the collaborations of 2012 — may they be just as covetable!
50 Striking Street Style Looks From Day Three of Paris Fashion Week
>> Paris Fashion Week is in full swing — and the street style looks seem to be getting better by the moment. Day three had Giovanna Battaglia and Anna Dello Russo looking chummy — and chic — as they giggled their way across the Tuileries in equally eye-catching ensembles: A bright orange shift for Giovanna, and an oversized pearl fascinator for Anna. Leighton Meester turned up wearing a ruffled white off-the-shoulder frock, while Olivia Palermo was spotted in a sheer maxi skirt and lace blouse combo complete with oversized jade earrings. There were also plenty of fancy pants in the mix: Taylor Tomas Hill wore a sequined pair, Margherita Missoni wore a velvet periwinkle style, and Susie Lau stunned in a wide-leg printed bright coral pair. Click through to see these and lots more — all from day three of Paris Fashion Week.
Milan Kicks Off Fashion Week With Supermodels Heidi and Bar
Dressed in a beautiful, white Roberto Cavalli gown, Heidi Klum joined Bar Refaeli, Lindsay Lohan, and an elite group at amfAR's Milano gala last night. The philanthropic celebration signals the start of Milan's Fashion Week and brought out a mix of designers, models, and stars. Guests were entertained with a duet from John Legend and Raphael Saadiq of Stevie Wonder's "My Cherie Amore." John was accompanied by girlfriend Chrissy Teigen, who watched from the crowd while he auctioned off two private performances that raised nearly $400,000 Euros for AIDS research. Heidi also took the stage to present Kenneth Cole with an award and later dined with friends and her Project Runway costar Nina Garcia. Lindsay Lohan made an appearance and posed for photos with Margherita Missoni and brothers Dean and Dan Caten of DSquared. The fashion world turns its attention to Italy in the upcoming days with Spring 2012 presentations coming down the runway from designers like Missoni, Alberta Ferretti, Gucci, and Dolce & Gabbana — stay up to date on all the latest trends with our Fashion Week coverage!

Case in point: Olivia Palermo wore a bright cobalt cobweb-lace outfit from Tibi paired with crystal Giuseppe Zanotti heels, Zoe Saldana rocked a blazer and shorts combo from Balmain, and Margherita Missoni donned a stunning woven midi dress paired with printed platform sandals. Each look is a different take on head-to-toe prints, but all of them look equally fabulous. Check out our three styling pointers culled from Olivia, Zoe, and Margherita's looks, and then start mixing and matching your patterns.
- Match your prints for a seamlessly chic look this Fall — and don't forget to top off the look with a pair of statement heels.

Anne Hathaway Is a Princess in Valentino For the White Fairy Tale Love Ball
Anne Hathaway arrived looking the part of a princess in an ethereal Valentino gown to tonight's White Fairy Tale Love Ball in Crespieres, France. Olivia Palermo and her boyfriend, Johannes Huebl, also stepped out in their finest black-tie attire for the charity event benefiting the Naked Heart Foundation with proceeds going to underprivileged children in Russia. Earlier in the day Anne picked a chic black gown for a viewing of Valentino's Fall/Winter collection and later changed into a delicate white lace dress for a sightseeing tour through Paris with her boyfriend, Adam Shulman. Anne's attention is focused on fashion right now, but soon enough she'll return to her big-screen projects. Next month we'll see her making the promotional rounds on behalf of One Day while her other flick The Dark Knight Rises continues filming.
