Come Fab Finding With Me: Blazer Hunting

Martin + Osa at ShopStyle

A reader recently wrote in asking us to help her find a sharp blazer that isn't $300. Fair enough, but despite blazers being everywhere these days, finding one that's inexpensive but doesn't look cheap can be tricky. I can't do it alone, so will you help me help her? She didn't specify color or cut, so serve up a variation.

I'll contribute with this Martin + Osa Twill Blazer ($90, originally $130) because the soft color and boyish silhouette make it on-trend.

Let's go Fab Finding. Be sure to come back and tell me your Fab Finds are up, or just tag your Fab Finds with blazer hunting.

Now, you can build outfits by creating a list of clothing items. We have everything you need to build outfits, and you can use your Fab Find bookmarks, too. This is an even better way to put together an entire outfit when you are completing your Fab Finding missions.

Learn what a Fab Find is and how to make one. And here is a more detailed explanation of bookmarks from geeksugar.

March Shopping Madness! Slumdog Fashion Heiress

The world's been smitten by it, and soon enough fashion will follow suit.

The world's been smitten by it, and soon enough fashion will follow suit. Oscar best picture winner Slumdog Millionaire showed the many tumultuous lives that exist in the slums of India. But ultimately, hope reigned. Like the visually arresting film, Indian-inspired clothes are vivid, exotic, provocative. When I think of India I think of saris, coin jewelry, tunics, and otherworldly beauties like Freida Pinto. Channel your inner slumdog fashion heiress with, at the very least, a dancing yellow scarf.

Celebrity Style: Kerry Washington

Kerry Washington looked spectacular yesterday at Essence magazine's luncheon in Beverly Hills.

Kerry Washington looked spectacular yesterday at Essence magazine's luncheon in Beverly Hills. Always one to try new things, Kerry wore a smashing feathered skirt and blazer by Louis Vuitton. Feathery skirts can add a little volume so it was smart to cinch in her waistline with an eye-popping metallic obi belt. Patent leopard pumps, a black clutch, gold macho watch, and sophisticated gold hoops complete her tigress appeal; now that's style!

Trend Alert: Extra-Long Scarves

Scarves are a no-brainer when it comes to dressing for the Winter chill, but dig deeper.

Scarves are a no-brainer when it comes to dressing for the Winter chill, but dig deeper. I'm specifically talking about extra-lovely, extra-long scarves. For maximum impact, these lengthy neck warmers should be long enough to grace your knees. This craze kills two birds with one stone: they're functional and make for a fun statement piece. Check out how Katie Holmes, seen left, smartly contrasted her gray and black ensemble with an extra-long snow white scarf. I like.

Celebrity Style: Kristen Stewart

We're in for a fun week with the release of the highly anticipated vampire movie Twilight.

We're in for a fun week with the release of the highly anticipated vampire movie Twilight. Have you read the book yet?! I have, so I'm ready. The movie's heroine Kristen Stewart looks every bit Bella Swan: fragile, girl-next-door pretty, pale. Here she is promoting the film with Robert Pattinson in a party-perfect French Connection plaid dress, red patent pumps, and chain jewelry. These are the things vampire dreams are made of.
