A recent trip to the SF-exclusive Banana Republic Edition accessories store had me ogling the latest and greatest in jewelry: tassel and fringe bracelets. Max & Chloe is about to make budget shoppers ecstatic. The accessories brand has created a new line of affordable jewels. "Even with tighter budgets, people don't want to sacrifice being fashionable," said co-owner Jamie Rubin. Amen.
