Happy New Year! It's almost 2012, and whether your lil one will be the life of the party or snoozing through the last night of 2011, let them ring in the New Year in style with some sweet, special duds. Granted, this won't be the most practical outfit mom buys her lil one, as the shelf life has a very clear end, but a new year deserves a new outfit, preferably one that sparkles!
