As you know, I've been experimenting with all-black outfits. I'd like to continue the theme while I'm at New York Fashion Week. I asked you to help me put together a head-to-toe black outfit that can transition smoothly from day to night. It's cold in NYC right now, so I asked to be layered up. I started you off with this Eugenia Kim Chunky Braided Scarf ($94, originally $188); I'll throw it on when I'm feeling the chill. Let's see what you all created.

For our final Paint It Black ensemble, I decided to put on my liquid legs, aka liquid leggings. They're surprisingly comfortable; I can spend days in them. Since they're trendy, I kept the rest of me tame by wearing a V-neck tee and a long knit vest. A slim brown belt, layered gold necklaces, and gold bangles serve as subtle highlights. It's been noir-tastic ladies — over and out.

I felt a little bohemian this morning and pulled out my Summer maxi dress. It was windy day, so I layered up with a knit sweater and leather jacket. Though you can't see it, fleece lined tights keep me super warm underneath it all. Part hippie, part punk.

Today's Paint It Black outfit is specially delivered from Lake Tahoe. I've turned into quite the snow bunny and one of my ski looks is all black, all badass. Going the all-black route on the mountain puts me in super stealth mode. This is me and my friend after conquering a gnarly double black. Big smiles. Do try this at home kids, and yes, I always wear my helmet.

I have this fun black lace sheer tee that I don't give enough love to. It does a great job of lending subtle sultriness to any outfit. Today I decided to give it a spin for a coffee date with a friend. Because it's daytime, I downplayed the sexy factor by pairing it with loose-fitting trousers. At night, I might wear it with a mini leather skirt. Lace-up booties, a cropped jacket, and Ray-Ban Wayfarers complete my all-black look.

Alexander Wang has rescued me from my mid-Winter slump. See, I've been eying his Ines oxfords for a couple months now and finally bit the bullet. They arrived this week, so of course I had to share. These fresh kicks are ultra-comfy, and I'm loving the artsy heel. Oh, the rest of the outfit? A pair of riding pants to go with my Mary-Kate Olsen-inspired equestrian belt and cocoon coat. I love live music. And I have a concert uniform. My latest uniform is what you see here. Flat, fringed booties, rockin' sequin leggings, layered tops, and a big smile. This dolman sleeve cashmere sweater has served me well — so well it has a couple holes here and there, but I refuse to mend them. Sometimes wear and tear is a Fab thing.

Alas, after being caught between two slashed tanks, I went with my first love, the black. I'm so happy I did, because, it turns out it fit like a glove. Yay! Immediately after putting it on, I had a vision of the exact ensemble I wanted to wear it with, and here it is. My black miniskirt is actually a maternity belly band. It's cold out, so I threw on a black cardigan, sheer hose, and dressy socks for added flair.

There's nothing I like more than a fresh leather jacket. It's hard to find that perfect one, but I luckily found mine a couple years back on eBay — one of my favorite shopping destinations. It's Joie, buttery soft, and kinda reminds me of this Balmain version. I paired it with a simple black tee, zippy denim leggings, and black booties for a rocked-out feel. Layered pearls and a beaded necklace round out my look.
