While hanging out with boyfriend Austin Butler in Hollywood, Vanessa Hudgens showed us how to winterize our Summer maxi dresses with a few cozy staples. The actress wrapped a cozy black Stylestalker tube scarf a red long-sleeved maxi dress while toting this studded Alexander Wang bucket bag ($850). Vanessa completed her bold look with metallic platform sandals, round shades, and a bevy of mixed-metal accessories. Take a cue from this look and pair your bohemian dresses with a cozy scarf, then swap her sunny sandals for boots for additional warmth.

Look of the Day: Adorable Aztec
In anticipation of the warm weather, a1stbornunicorn decided to try this on for size. Her adorable Aztec print skirt is perfect for Spring. I like how she tempered the pretty design with sharp, black accessories. The patent belt adds a sassy touch while platform sandals lend bohemian flavor. The only thing missing is the sun — hope it hits you soon!
Here's what she has on:
Tank: Forever 21
Skirt: Old Navy
Belt: Unknown
Shoes: Madden Girl
Congrats to a1stbornunicorn!

Bebe Katrin Leather Exotic Sandal: Love It or Hate It?
If you're experiencing déjà vu, it's probably because this Bebe Katrin Leather Exotic Sandal ($149) reminds you of Marc Jacobs's creation for Louis Vuitton — without the designer price. The 5.5 inch heel, beads, and feather embellishments are definitely not for the faint-hearted. Tell me, are you ready to walk on the wild side?

The Look For Less: Jimmy Choo Glenys Sandal
This Jimmy Choo Glenys Sandal ($1,036) is a Hollywood favorite. In fact, we spotted Nicky Hilton wearing a pair the other day with a fun LBD. Sigh, it's a shame my Hollywood taste doesn't fit within my working woman budget. What's a gal to do?

Meanwhile In Current Season: Chunky Platform Sandals In Every Color

Nine out of ten men will agree that a chunky platform sandal is not their favorite fashion statement. In fact we would venture to say that, as a rule, fashion items that elicit the description "chunky" will not fare well with most people. Does that stop women from from spending up to seven hundred dollars on them? Nope. And why is that? We can't say for sure but perhaps it has something to do with the six-inch versions that preceded them. This spring, it looks like comfort is key.
Celebrity Style: Lindsay Lohan
Lindsay Lohan looks fresh and Spring ready in LA. Instead of the usual dark skinnies, she wore a pair of light-wash, wide-legged jeans from 7 For All Mankind. A loose henley top and zip fleece give her ensemble a casual touch while Chloe Jumbo aviator sunnies, gold macho watch, and wooden platform sandals up the glamour factor. Nicely done!

The Look For Less: Marni Platform Sandals
It was lust at first sight when I saw these Marni platform sandals walking down the runway. I love how the chunky platform and patent straps give off an artsy, architectural aura. I can already see myself wearing these with dark tights now and with a floral skirt in the Spring. Alas, marvelous Marni comes at a hefty price tag, so I'm searching for a cheaper version!

Look of the Day: Graphic Gal
Style Bandit's ensemble reminds me of something Rachel Zoe would wear — '70s and fabulous. This graphic gal worked it in an artistic frock, platform sandals, and slick fringe clutch. Her layering technique is ideal for the transitioning weather. Oh, did you notice her adorable pug?!
Here's what she has on:
- Dress: Anna Sui
- Shoes: Aldo
- Bag: Zara
Congrats to Style Bandit!

Celebrity Style: Jessica Simpson
Jessica knows to keep the ones you love close. Last night in LA, the celebrity designer was on a dinner date with her coveted hair guru, Ken Paves. Her hair looks great but what really caught my eye was her bright and Summery outfit. I dig how she paired her flowy Tucker blouse with her trademark daisy dukes. The studded red Gucci bag is a little much for my taste but it works for this cowgirl.

Look of the Day: Today Is Gray
Today is gray and lovely. My bare style is pulling off a miraculously simple and cute look. Her mustard bag adds a perfect pop of color to her understated dress. Some of the jewelry is made by her, too!
Here's what she has on:
- Dress: American Apparel
- Shoes: Charlotte Ronson
- Handbag: Melie Bianco
- Accessories: Bare Accessories and Remedy Jewelry
Congrats to my bare style!
