Heidi Klum went casual at a Hollywood movie premiere, but that doesn't mean boring or sloppy. She paired perfectly cuffed denim with a floaty turquoise top, added flirty and fun Miu Miu platform heels ($415), brought edge via a bold cocktail ring ($25) and a stack of bracelets. Celeb Style Tips: How Amanda Seyfried Shows Off Her Gams and Still Looks Elegant
We can't stop staring at Amanda Seyfried's legs. They look incredibly long, helped in part by the minidresses and towering heels she chooses for red carpet events. So how does the 5'3" actress pull off such a look? Not only do we break it down, but we picked similar styles so you can get Amanda's leggy look right now.

It's really short, but she goes for a solid color — no crazy prints and a clean, modern silhouette. The result is a sophisticated minidress lends chicness without being too risqué.
The rule seems to be the higher the better. Amanda is petite, so the tall platform heels give her much needed inches and make her legs look longer. She choose solid color shoes in black or nude.
Amanda has mastered making a big statement with just one bold piece, usually a necklace. A colorful necklace is young and playful, and the colors pop against her solid dresses.

Lanvin Runway Obsession Inspires Vena Cava Shoe Find
I have been obsessed with this Lanvin dress since Karlie Kloss cruised down the Spring '11 runway looking like she'd just left a sultry Havana dance party. It just hit stores and the two-toned poppy dress has a knit top and washed silk skirt, but with a price tag of $4,900, it's out of my range. What could possibly be as awesome at just a fraction of the price? Behold, these totally amazing Vena Cava for Tenoversix wooden platform heels ($328). They have that same poppy color, juxtaposed against earth-tone details, that make them one sultry shoe.

Inspired Style For Spring: Tee + White Pants + Platform Wedges
Sometimes, a few simple pieces that you probably already own come together to create a totally wowing look. This Grey Magazine editorial is the perfect example. You probably already own a blue tee (or any other bright color works too), white cropped trousers, and a pair of platform wedges. And even if you don't, these are good pieces to invest in for Spring. Wear them all together, sans jewelry, and voilà, you have yourself an easy, breezy, beautiful ensemble that can be worn from everything to meeting friends for lunch to an outdoor bridal shower. Platforms Are Bigger Than Ever For Spring
Even though some are saying platforms are out for 2011, we love them for those precious few extra inches. OnSugar blogger Dressing Up in Daisies gives us a rundown on the platform and highlights some amazing platforms we need to watch out for this Spring.

Are Platforms a Fashion Don't For 2011?
What are we to think? Platform shoes were all over the Spring runways, yet three highly respected shoe designers told WWD that platforms are a fashion don't for 2011. Alejandro Ingelmo, who designed floral wedges for Chris Benz, said the top trend for 2011 would be "skinny sophisticated heels," while Tabitha Simmons, Manolo Blahnik, and Bruno Frisoni listed platform heels as a fashion "don't." So now I turn it over to you — do you prefer platforms or stilettos for 2011?

The Look For Less: Stuart Weitzman Studded Platforms
I recently realized I don't have any cute brown sandals. So I set off on a search and landed upon these Stuart Weitzman Brown Apron Studded Platforms ($365). They're clunky like a clog but still totally sexy. I envision wearing them with everything from flirty floral frocks to denim shorts to skinny jeans. It's too bad my wallet envisions them digging a huge hole in it. Boo!

The Recycled Trend Must Have: Platform Shoes!
Check out this Fab post AdisonM shared in the AdisonM Fashion Blog!
Platforms are all the rage again, and I say, give into the pressure! Some of the recycled trends from this season I just can't get into, like the acid-washed jeans, but platform shoes are back, and in my opinion, should never leave us again! I've never been afraid to rock my platforms, whether a pump, boot, or sandal. Standing a modest 5'2", I like that extra boost to make me look longer and leaner in my clothes, and to put me at eye level (or above) with the rest of the world.

Yves Saint Laurent Fatale T-Strap Sandal: Love It or Hate It?
Are you ready to melt? Good, 'cause YSL's Fall collection is here. One of the most eye-catching items is this Yves Saint Laurent Fatale Patent T-Strap Sandal ($795). It's so detailed, it almost looks like a contraption rather than a shoe. I want to stare at it forever but not necessarily wear it. You?
