Two years ago, Victoria Beckham didn't find working out so posh and admitted that she didn't like to sweat. My how things have changed.
A member of the swanky gym Sports Club LA in Beverly Hills, it is reported that Posh works out six days a week. Aside from running eight miles a day on a treadmill, she has experimented with Pilates and spinning. A far cry from her complaints about the pain-in-her-small-bum cycling caused when she tried it a couple of years ago in Spain.
After acclimating to sweating, working out has increased Victoria's metabolism so the "naturally thin woman" can now enjoy eating. Aside from bringing food to her life, working out makes her feel "energized and healthy." For extra exercise motivation her husband loads her iPod with tunes. I guess Posh and I do have something in common: I, too, work out to increase my energy, improve my health, and allow me to eat just about anything I want. How about you?
Rumor has it that design diva Donatella Versace is dressing the Spice Girls for their comeback tour. She is supposedly working on an array of looks for each girl, and the clothes all together will be worth over $400,000! If this turns out to be true, you're likely to see Mel C in a "really sexy wardrobe" rather than poorly-fitting jumpsuits, and Emma in "stunning, elegant dresses with a playful touch" rather than babydoll dresses.
Sounds promising, but all this begs the question: what's happening with those awful platform shoes they all used to wear? Perhaps to be updated with Yves Saint Laurent and Lanvin platforms all around? Major.
Roberto Cavalli is the newest addition to the league of designers who debut collections for H&M around the winter holiday season, a league which includes Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, and Viktor & Rolf.
Cavalli's H&M collection, which features 20 menswear pieces and 25 womenswear pieces, including lingerie and matching accessories, promises to be full of his signature vivid prints and striking colors, all for a fraction of their normal price. The collection debuts in 200 H&M stores worldwide on November 8. I wouldn't surprised if one of you sees Beyonce, Posh, or J. Lo shopping right there with you come November 8 - they're all huge Cavalli fans!

On Tuesday, I asked if you guys would watch the rumored reality show being developed by Victoria Beckham, and the response was remarkably split between readers who love Posh and those who hate her. So, depending on your viewpoint, you'll be disgusted or delighted to hear that NBC has confirmed the existence of the Posh series.
According to an announcement from NBC Entertainment President Kevin Reilly, the show is backed by "American Idol" producer Simon Fuller and will premiere this summer with six half-hour episodes following the Beckhams move from Europe to LA. What, you ask, will this riveting show entail? The NBC press release is pretty priceless:
"The series will give viewers a glimpse into what makes Victoria so popular and admired as one of the most glamorous women in the world," said Reilly. "She makes news wherever she goes and our audience can now become insiders in this fascinating personal view of what being 'Posh' truly represents."
I guess I can't argue with the "makes news wherever she goes" thing, since I'm writing about it. But really, what does this woman do all day but shop and pretend to design jeans? Sure, she was a Spice Girl, and she's married to a hot soccer player, but the more I think about it, the more Posh just seems dreadfully, exhaustingly ... boring. What do you guys think? Now that David and Victoria Beckham are relocating to Los Angeles, The Daily Mail is reporting that Posh has signed a deal with NBC to create a reality show chronicling her move to America. Though her husband will appear on the series, it seems the show is mostly about the former Spice Girl. Would you watch a Posh reality show?
