This year is the 40th anniversary of the Summer of Love. A time of youthquake, denim, free love and exploration; a time of American history. I have been noticing peace symbols on clothing and accessories lately, and while it may be temporary, I believe the idea of love, peace and happiness is always in Vogue. These KORS Michael Kors Danbury patent loafers, $165, were a recent purchase of mine and I can see myself wearing them for years and years, thus sprinkling a bit of peace, love and happiness wherever I may go.

I was meeting a male friend for dinner this weekend and he was shocked and quite impressed with how quickly I could get ready for an evening out on the town! We love Primp just as much as the next girl. And nautical-inspired gear is still ashore so jump on this boat before the trend sinks. Although this Primp Anchor Thermal, $80, makes for fun fashion, paying over $30 for a thermal doesn't make complete sense. Especially since this is such a trendy item that's here today and will surely be gone tomorrow.
