Celeb Style: Malin Akerman
The LA premiere of Going the Distance was the place to be seen last night, and among the stylish ladies on the red carpet was Malin Akerman. Her strapless watercolor J.Crew frock is summery sweet — aren't the colors great? — while a pair of gray suede Aldo pumps and a silver clutch lend a dash of fancy. This look would totally fit in at a bridal shower or daytime wedding!

I Want This Wardrobe: Serena van der Woodsen
Tonight on Gossip Girl, two dads are going to battle it out for Serena and Lily. While Rufus has love and determination on his side, Serena's long lost dad — played by the slick William Baldwin — has very sneaky antics up his sleeve. In fact, Serena looks like she's stylishly falling for his daddy ploys in this scene. Her dress is the perfect shade of turquoise and we love how she adorned her ensemb with gold drop earrings. So simple, yet so bold.

Celeb Style: Emmy Rossum
Fresh-faced cutie Emmy Rossum stepped out for the Broadway opening of Red looking every bit the lady. Her black and white sheath gets a playful and unexpected counterpart: Christian Louboutin oxford booties. And while she kept the accessories to a minimum, we couldn't help but notice her beautiful Rachel Leigh bracelet. So sweet, so chic.

Celeb Style: Lo Bosworth
Leave it to Lauren Conrad's cohort, Lo Bosworth, to work the casual cutie vibe while running errands in Hollywood. The Hills reality star sported a gamut of colors in her 'fit — a teal tulip skirt, navy striped cardi, and a white pocket tank. Notice how the tan belt cinches her waistline, while a gold chain necklace and suave sunnies add spunk. Lovely, just lovely, Lo.

Trend Alert: Chunky Chains
Chunky chains have since evolved from their days on Mr.T's neck to evoking a more polished, punky character. For all you good girls looking to add a little badass to your ensemble, adorn your collarbone with layered oversized chains. Hipsters, contrast your destroyed jeans and vests with a sleek gold chain bracelet. However you do it, make sure it's chunky and make sure it's funky.

Celebrity Style: Olivia Wilde
We're so used to seeing Olivia Wilde in magical red carpet gowns. Now it's time to acquaint ourselves with her more casual side. The actress attended Nobu West Hollywood's one-year anniversary party in a breezy look that's simple to mimic. What specifically drew me in is Olivia's equestrian-style belt. It's a great way to jazz up her paisley maxi dress. The coral drop earrings and gold necklace add further excitement to her look.

Celebrity Style: Sarah Jessica Parker
Sarah Jessica Parker lit up the room during her hosting responsibilities with Matt Dillon. She nailed plaid in her strapless tartan vintage '80s Emanuel Ungaro dress. But this isn't any old dress; it has mad ruching and a huge bow in the back. Never one to shy away from sparkle, the actress accessorized with a glittering choker, a gold bracelet, and diamond earrings. Plaid to perfection. Speaking of plaid, test your knowledge of the pattern.
