Nina Dobrev hit LAX yesterday to jet out of town, and The Vampire Diaries actress looked super-stylish and comfortable as she prepared to catch her flight. She wore a pair of dark denim skinnies and a cute lace-print tank, then added casual flat brown boots and a roomy tote. Nina gave her look some sparkle with a charm necklace, silver ring, and pretty chandelier earrings. Click to shop her chic travel style.

The Look For Less: Elizabeth and James Sequined Sweatshirt
Hello pretty — I said it out loud when I first spied this Elizabeth and James Sequined Sweatshirt ($365). The thing is, it's not just straight up pretty. It's sparkly chic, girlie girl, full-on sequins for day — and I love it. I just don't love it enough to spend almost $400, at least not until I've weighed my options . . .

Trend Alert: Red Mesh
Diane Kruger is an unstoppable fashion force. Right after the Met Gala festivities, the actress changed out of her white Calvin Klein gown into a flirty red mesh dress and leopard print Alexander Wang booties for some afterparty fun. While it doesn't take much for the actress to shine, her frock speaks volumes with its hot hue and mesh details. We're totally channeling red mesh this Summer, and we urge you to do the same.
The Look For Less: Tibi Ruffle Tank
When I spied this Tibi Ruffle Tank ($198), my first thought was, how perfect with white jeans. Second thought — I can do better on that price. I love the flirty ruffled look but passed for a sweeter deal. Check it out.

The Look For Less: Emma Roberts's Sequined Cardigan
Style-savvy Emma Roberts stopped by The Jay Leno Show in an ensemble that's enviable head to toe. What I'm majorly attracted to is the black sequined cardigan she's wearing over her Kova & T gray tank. It dazzles just enough, but it's not overly glitzy. Also love the subtle pouf shoulders. If you're with me, I found a similar sequined cardi that will give you the look, minus the wallet burn.

Trend Alert: Metallica Minis
Here's a fine example of one festive piece that goes a long way. A lot of friends tell me they prefer dresses over skirts — there's less planning involved. Well, if you examine Jessica Stroup's fine 'fit she wore to the second annual Golden Globes Salute to Young Hollywood Party, it's all about basics . . . and a metallica mini. Less bold than a metallica jacket, I think you could push this party piece beyond the basics. Push it real good.
Celeb Style: Sienna Miller
Sienna was in her usual disheveled chic style on the streets of NYC. She's still rocking her favorite Rupert Sanderson ivory oxfords and red Prada Saffiano & Tessuto tote, but she's added an interesting layer to her menswear mix: a striped button down. Without it, this look would be typical blazer and tank; with it, it's quirky cool.

Fab Gift Guide: Fashion Fiend
In my group, I'm the fashion fiend. What about you? If I were to tell my girls what I want this holiday season — ahem — this stylish bunch would be a start. It was hard to narrow it down, but I've handpicked a diverse group of must-have pieces: an avant-garde headband, delectable multicolored scarf, jeweled jelly flats, and a spiked necklace are only chapter one of this fashion fairytale. Isn't this Silence & Noise Sequin Cardigan ($68) so crave-worthy? The price is right and so is the shine. Be sure to check out all the Sugar Network's 2009 holiday gift guides!
Trend Alert: Little Plaid Jackets
I have three, and counting. Even though little plaid jackets feel so right in the Winter, a lighter weight one, or a freshly colored one, can translate for Spring, too. Who's that girl in her LPJ? Why it's the always-adorable Christina Ricci. She teamed hers with skinny jeans, cat-eye sunnies, and a luscious gray Chanel bag. Not too shabby. A look that works for both the city and the country — and the road trip in between.
