I already have a tweed Chanel-inspired jacket, but I don't have a cool tweed blazer . . . This Smythe Tweed Slouchy Boyfriend Blazer ($550) is bound to add a smart edge to any ensemble. It would look especially dapper with a pair of liquid leggings and some black-rimmed glasses. Unfortunately, I can't afford to dish that much on a blazer right now.

The plot description for A Different World is, "A group of students at a historically Black university struggle to make it through college." Woah, heavy. But the tagline is, "Big laughs on campus." That's more like it. Maybe I was too young to pick up on the struggles, I just remember a group of young'uns making college look like a cool place comprised of interesting characters and funky wardrobes. I mean Dwayne Wayne's flip-up glasses? I totally forgot Marisa Tomei was on the show — I was too mesmerized by Lisa Bonet's great looks. It might have had after-school-special lessons, but it had mad style. It's a different world, from where you come from!

If you tuned into FABTV a couple weeks ago. you knew this one was coming. "Cool Rider." Obsessed. I have a Fab crush on Stephanie Zinone — and apparently you do, too! Right on. But there's more where that came from in the camp classic Grease 2. One could argue the original is the best, but I go back and forth. The wardrobes are pretty even Steven '50s high, but the sequel was filmed in '82, so there's a slight '80s flair, via sporty sunnies and lamé luau garb. Let's agree, both are Fab — but I'd choose Michael Carrington over Danny Zuko any day . . .

Ever since Rihanna wore that sheer black top over a striped bikini top, I've been craving the same peek-a-boo effect. It's demure but shows your naughty side, too. So I set out on a serious hunt for a just-sheer-enough tee and found this Kain Label Sheer Crop Top ($84). I really like the boxy cut and how it's scooped in the front. But further into my hunt, I spotted a less expensive version. Don't you love it when that happens?
