Fashion Darling Frank Ocean Now Modeling For Band of Outsiders

If his front-row presence at the Fall 2013 shows in Paris wasn't indication enough, it's getting clearer that the industry loves Frank Ocean.

If his front-row presence at the Fall 2013 shows in Paris wasn't indication enough, it's getting clearer that the industry loves Frank Ocean. Band of Outsiders' Scott Sternberg verified that affection by casting Ocean in the brand's Spring 2013 Polaroid campaign.

Ocean posed for the images in looks from the brand's Spring 2013 collection at the Los Angeles Times building earlier this month. Four of Sternberg's shots were released Wednesday, but the brand plans to unveil a total of 23 images on its Instagram and Tumblr accounts in the coming days.

The singer joins a roster of stars including Michelle Williams, Amy Adams, Jason Schwartzman, and Andrew Garfield, among others, who have posed for the campaign in the past. A look at the first batch here in the gallery.

The Topshop Unique Way to Wear Polished Spring '13 Neutrals

Today marks the first day of Spring, and with it, we can (officially) look to the season's signature style elements with real intent to wear.

Today marks the first day of Spring, and with it, we can (officially) look to the season's signature style elements with real intent to wear. To ease our way back into lighter fare, we've zeroed in on this subtle Topshop Unique Spring '13 look — straight from the runway — to inspire an outfit that perfectly captures how we should be dressing for right now. We love the layering of this mostly white ensemble; in effect, you've got voluminous shape via the outerwear and oversize clutch, sleek print via the striped top, sheer paneling via the formfitting skirt, and a pop of metallic via the pointy-toe pumps. Whether you deem this an outfit worthy of work or if this proves more wearable (for you) with the inclusion of metallic loafers, née heels, it feels just Spring-y enough without forging into overzealously skin-baring silhouettes. Shop our editors' picks below.

H&M's New Model-Inspired Lineup Does Cool-Girl Style to a T

Along with the retailer's Coachella-ready Divided wares, H&M is launching The New Icons, a collection inspired by its campaign models, Joan Smalls, Liu Wen, Lindsey Wixson, and Daphne Groeneveld.

Along with the retailer's Coachella-ready Divided wares, H&M is launching The New Icons, a collection inspired by its campaign models, Joan Smalls, Liu Wen, Lindsey Wixson, and Daphne Groeneveld. And, as you may have guessed by the source of inspiration, the clothes prove just as cool as the ladies wearing them. With a rocker edge that reminds us of Givenchy-meets-Joan-Jett appeal, and a romantic Americana slant that's more Ralph Lauren in the '90s, the latest batch of H&M clothes offers up an easy "road map" for emulating a similar brand of cool-girl styling. We're particularly drawn to the silver-embellished black vest, cream-colored ruffle lace miniskirt, and the drawstring bucket bag both Smalls and Wixson show off in the campaign. Here's your first look at The New Icons collection — available in stores in early April — right this way.

Acne Dog Photos For Spring 2013 by William Wegman

William Wegman, the photographer best known for his surreal images of Weimaraners, has partnered with Acne for a seven-photo "portfolio" starring the elegant pooches. Modeling shoes, hats, and printed suits from the Spring 2013 and Resort 2013 collections, the dogs pose on pedestals and white boxes, their expressionless faces leaving plenty of room for interpretation by the viewer. "I'm a big fan of William Wegman's work, its beauty, witty humor, and intelligence, but also what it says about identity and culture," Acne creative director Jonny Johansson explains of the collaboration. "I always thought it would be interesting to work on a project together. The outcome is beyond all expectation."

Alice Dellal reprises her role as the face of Chanel's Boy Bag with a brand-new campaign for Spring 2013.

Alice Dellal reprises her role as the face of Chanel's Boy Bag with a brand-new campaign for Spring 2013. Posing with a white horse and a hot horse handler (model Jake White), Dellal plays the part of modern equestrienne perfectly, her trademark shaved hair and punk-rock vibe contrasting with her preppy cardigan-and-tie-blouse ensemble nicely. Photographed by Karl Lagerfeld at La Ferme de la Chapelle in Fontaine-Chaalis, the images also call to mind the famous photos of Coco Chanel riding horses with Boy Capel. All the campaign images — plus a look at all the newest Boy Bags — here.

Proenza Schouler Celebrates New Site With Tech-Tastic Campaign Video

The Proenza Schouler boys may design their line from a farm house in upstate New York, but they're no Luddites.

The Proenza Schouler boys may design their line from a farm house in upstate New York, but they're no Luddites. Their Spring 2013 collection, for example, was inspired by the constant barrage of imagery in the digital age, and who could forget last season's trippy, video-game-tinged Desert Tide flick?

Now the duo has unveiled two more tech-tastic endeavors: a freshly revamped, interactive website and a hot-off-the-presses campaign video featuring the multimedia stylings of digital artist Eddie the Wheel. Directed by David Sims with a soundtrack by Grass Giraffes, the video stars models Julia Nobis and Irina Nikolaeva — and lots of far-out cyber collage. Feast your eyes on it right here.

Major Eye Candy Alert: Lanvin's Spring 2013 Accessories

Now that the Fall 2013 shows have wrapped, we can finally turn our attention to more pressing matters: what to wear this Spring.

Now that the Fall 2013 shows have wrapped, we can finally turn our attention to more pressing matters: what to wear this Spring. Lanvin's latest batch of accessories, which have just arrived at the brand's stores and at the flagship online, may be just the thing.

Made up of tough-chic jewels, bags, and shoes (the same ones that accented the house's strong-shouldered runway collection last October), these are pieces that certainly showcase Alber Elbaz's "clever game between classicism and modernity" — but they won't go unnoticed either. The new Platform Pump, for example, features a sky-high heel, pointed toe, and comes in green, black, and iridescent python, while the Partition shoulder bag features a serpent chain strap, stone, metal, or wood hardware, decorative screws, and calfskin textures like croc or brushed metallics. The new Oracle jewels are also major statement-makers; in the form of geometric cuffs and brass breastplates that shine like mirrors, they're especially head-turning.
