There's no doubt fitted parkas have made a comeback this season with a plethora of new cuts and colors. With that said, this Anzevino & Florence Quilted Nylon Jacket ($312) shows creativity, but I find it a bit strange. The subtle sheen is nice, but I'm iffy on the avant-garde shape. Thoughts?

I usually associate parkas with Starter jackets and football games — not anymore. The new wave of fitted parkas are designed with the city girl in mind. This year's crop boasts glossy finishes and slim shapes. While parkas of the past were bulky, these new cuts flatter your shape. I prefer mine girly like this Juicy Couture Puff Coat ($448). The glossy finish and embellished trim is sure to keep me looking chic in the cold weather. Are you ready to put some puff in your coat?
