To advertise her upcoming collaboration of formal dresses and cocktail attire with Target, stylist Kate Young selected a group of notables to be photographed by Terry Richardson.

To advertise her upcoming collaboration of formal dresses and cocktail attire with Target, stylist Kate Young selected a group of notables to be photographed by Terry Richardson.

The resulting campaign features Leigh Lezark of The Misshapes, model Hailey Gates, actress Nathalie Love, and model Lily Kwong. Richardson shot each of them in front of a step-and-repeat emblazoned with the Kate Young For Target Logo, casting them as It Girls arriving at a red carpet event.

Young's capsule will be in Target stores across the country starting April 14, and follows the successful Prabal Gurung collection for the retailer. Pricing information isn't available yet, but here's a first look at the campaign.

Target Spring 2013 Collection Lookbook

Spring '13 looks bright, peppy, and printed — plus totally affordable — thanks to Target's latest lineup. The retailer just released a full look at its upcoming collection, and it's brimming with color, pattern, and current trends (like a pair of metallic high-tops), albeit in the most wearable iterations. Abstract prints make their appearance on graphic pencil skirts you can take from work to play, and sweet polka-dots cover collared blouses. And if you're looking for staples like Spring denim, then you can load up on the line's chambray shirts or distressed boyfriend jeans. Note: beyond the mix-and-match separates for your day-to-day, you'll want to hone in on the label's accessories. This crop of bright crossbody bags and cool wedges could add interest to anything you pick up from the Spring line — not to mention the pieces already in your closet that are looking for a seasonal pick-me-up. Click through to see it all now, then head online or into Target stores to shop it when the collection hits shelves later this month.

Prabal told us all about his inspiration for the collection, his "immense love for women and girls," and his tips for styling up the perfect date-night look. He also let us in on which pieces you must snap up when the collection hits Target stores on Feb. 10. Check it all out in this Fashion Flash!

Carey Mulligan and Elizabeth Olsen Celebrate Prabal For Target

Elizabeth Olsen, Rashida Jones, and Carey Mulligan treated themselves to a night out in NYC yesterday to celebrate the new Prabal Gurung collection for Target.

Elizabeth Olsen, Rashida Jones, and Carey Mulligan treated themselves to a night out in NYC yesterday to celebrate the new Prabal Gurung collection for Target. Decked out in items from Prabal's line, they mingled with a crowd that included Analeigh Tipton, Olivia Thirlby, and the night's entertainment, Ne-Yo. They convened at Manhattan's Pier 57 for a carnival-themed evening full of carousel rides, a Tilt-A-Whirl, and various games and food trucks. The girls had a chance to shop the collection before it arrives in stores and online Feb. 10.

We were on the red carpet at the bash, and had a chance to catch up with Rashida, Elizabeth, and Prabal himself. Elizabeth was excited about Prabal's designs, but not about the rides — carnival rides apparently give her anxiety! Rashida, meanwhile, gushed about her friend Prabal. Stay tuned for more from the stars later today on POPSUGAR Rush.
