Blair Waldorf looks feminine and sophisticated in episode 17 of Gossip Girl. Her ruffled Jill Stuart blouse and red Tucker skirt look adorable alone, but add a few extra pieces — a Dolce and Gabbana cardigan, fierce Ikasho fedora, Louis Vuitton bauble necklace, and patent Chanel bag — and this ensemble is truly vogue. Shop like items now to mimic Blair's savvy style.

Tucker by Gaby Basora For Target: A First Look

We're thrilled to present our favorite Lucky story here on Fab!

We're thrilled to present our favorite Lucky story here on Fab!

I always look forward to Target's designer collaborations, and I am especially excited about the line Gaby Basora (of Tucker, a small label beloved for its blousy printed tops) has created for the retailer--especially now that a few images of the clothes have been revealed.

Left to right: fleece jumpsuit, $44.99; signature dress, $33.99; reversible quilt vest, $24.99; all Tucker by Gaby Basora for Target.

I already have my eye on the red floral print button-down dress which is a steal for $39.99. It's a perfect transition piece: cute now with open-toe sandals and equally adorable later with tights and booties.

For slightly more adventurous types, Basora's designed a fleece jumpsuit for $44.99, which looks super-comfortable and even has roomy pockets. All the pieces will debut in stores and online at Target.com September 12.

Are you looking forward to this collection?

Trend Alert: Summer Silk

What's sexier than sexy?

What's sexier than sexy? Summer silk. What's even sexier? Olivia Palermo's front-row flirt, Johannes Huebl, at the Armani Privé Couture show. Focus. Now, I don't recommend Summer silk if you are in a humid climate; this classic should flow in a warm breeze, not stick to you or expose sweat stains. But if you seek something subtly seductive for a date or dinner party — or front-row couture — a lightweight blouse or tank is the perfect piece. Pair with anything: cropped jeans, a pencil skirt, cargo pants, itty-bitty shorts, and let Summer sillk be your guide . . .

Target Taps Tucker's Gaby Basora and Temple St. Claire

Fresh off the heels of its latest collab with Zac Posen, Target has already tapped two new designers for its next Go International and limited-edition jewelry series.

Fresh off the heels of its latest collab with Zac Posen, Target has already tapped two new designers for its next Go International and limited-edition jewelry series. First up is Tucker's Gaby Basora. The print queen — known for drawing influences from National Geographic to candy wrappers — will create a collection for Target's Go International line dropping Sept. 12. You excited?

For jewels, Target chose the magnificent Temple St. Clair. With baubles ranging upward of $30,000 from her namesake line, now is our chance to grab a much cheaper rendition of her ethereal designs. Temple's collection will debut Aug. 29. Both collections will be available at most Target stores and at Target.com.

Zac Posen's pop-up shop for his Target lineup doesn't officially open until 11 p.m. tonight, and the retailer has already announced the designers next in line for Go International collections.

Gaby Basora, designer of Tucker, and fine jeweler Temple St. Clair will both launch Target lines this fall. Expect charming prints on Basora's signature blouses, and riffs on Temple St. Clair designer Clair Carr's rock crystal and yellow gold amulets.

Tucker will be sold from September 10 through October 17, and Temple St. Clair from August 29 through December 26.
