Unguilty Pleasure

Since Summer is practically synonymous with effortless glamour, we want nothing over done. Our dresses should be easy to slip into, to layer over our swimwear, and to take us to the beach. The answer to what we're looking for looks like this — a beautifully printed maxi dress ($70, originally $78) that would look as perfect on the shore as it would at an outdoor wedding.

Since we'll be wearing our striped pieces to shreds this Summer, we're big believers that you can never have enough of the nautical print. For Summer, our bags take a cue from the rest of our wardrobe — they're lighter, less buttoned-up and overall, less high-maintenance. It fits all our requirements — and at $20, we won't fret if it picks up some sand at one of the season's beach BBQs.

We can cross a sweet, floral mini off of our Spring wish lists because this one is perfect and oh so accessible. This breezy, chiffon skirt ($11) will take us just about anywhere, all season — and since it comes in under $15, we might just snap up all three colors. It's easy enough to pull on for errands, but we suspect it'll look even better with heels for a night out with the girls — or the right guy.

One of our favorite things about Spring is slipping into lighter kicks, but that doesn't always mean sandals. When we're not sliding into flats or lacing up a pair of strappy gladiators, we want a pair of shoes we can just hang in. These artsy UO Patterned Canvas Sneakers ($20) would wear well with any of our denim, even a bright, little sundress. With Spring in the air, we're after floral pieces to channel the season's lightness. This Bellatrix Floral Chiffon Blouse caught our eye for doing just that in a breezy, flowy silhouette with a sweet flowered print. It's easy, feminine, and relaxed enough to wear in or out of the office, depending on how you choose to style it up.
