Sarah Jessica Parker and Anne Hathaway Honor Valentino and the Ballet

Sarah Jessica Parker and Anne Hathaway both donned Valentino for last night's opening of the NYC Ballet.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Anne Hathaway both donned Valentino for last night's opening of the NYC Ballet. Sarah Jessica is a longtime supporter of the NYC dance organization, and facilitated bringing Valentino in to design costumes for the performers. Valentino spoke to us on the red carpet about the honor of working with the troupe, as well as SJP.

Sarah Jessica, who'd prepped for the night at her home with director Adam Shankman, confided in us about her favorite moment ever wearing Valentino — it was particularly special to her to celebrate Valentino's 45th anniversary in Rome at the Coliseum back in 2007. A fresh-from-LA Anne was the last to arrive, and was careful to arrange her train for photographers. It was a special night for Anne and Valentino since he told reporters he has the honor of creating Anne Hathaway's wedding dress! After hitting the red carpet, SJP and Anne headed in for the season debut along with other celebrity guests like Karolina Kurkova, Daphne Guinness, Diane von Furstenberg, Martha Stewart, and Olivia Palermo.

Get Wild and Funky in Leopard Denim Cutoffs Like Nicky Hilton

Nicky Hilton walked the streets of West Village in NYC looking funky fab in a pair of leopard denim cutoffs.

Nicky Hilton walked the streets of West Village in NYC looking funky fab in a pair of leopard denim cutoffs. We've seen leopard-print shorts before, but we love how Nicky's pair featured a leopard patch on top of regular denim cutoffs. To make her bottoms really stand out, Nicky kept the rest of her outfit black: scoop tank, ballet flats, Ray-Ban Wayfarers, and this black studded Valentino bag ($2,395). Get Nicky's look by shopping these similar vintage leopard studded shorts ($198) and sporting them with your black pieces. Come Fall, throw them on over black tights and booties for an equally snazzy cold-weather version.
