Best Moments From the 2012 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

Veteran Angels and wide-eyed newcomers alike took to the catwalk last month for Victoria's Secret's annual Fashion Show in New York City.
Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2012 | Runway Pictures

Veteran Angels and wide-eyed newcomers alike took to the catwalk last month for Victoria's Secret's annual Fashion Show in New York City. Constance Jablonski (who has three VS shows already under her belt) told us that she looks forward to doing the show every year "because I can be myself, show my personality, interact with the crowd, and just have fun." And, just as Jablonski promised, the night certainly brought plenty of all of that — and more. The opening sequence of circus performers, stilt walkers, and acrobats provided plenty of treats for the eye from the get-go, but it was Adriana Lima's show-starting strut and ringmaster's getup (cape, top hat, and gilded over-the-knee boots) that really got the crowd in the mood.

In a segment called "Dangerous Liaisons," Lily Donaldson, Miranda Kerr, and Doutzen Kroes sauntered seductively in feathered wings and Swarovski Elements-covered corsets, while Rihanna (who looked quite model-esque in her own right) provided the first of the night's musical performances. Bruno Mars and his bopping group of jazz musicians stormed the runway for a segment titled "Calendar Girls": Erin Heatherton played January in golden wings and a Happy New Year sash, Hilary Rhoda made her VS catwalk debut in a St. Patrick's Day shamrock ensemble, and Karlie Kloss powered through November in a giant feathered headdress that is sure to get tongues wagging.

Clad in bright white and surrounded by a dozen backup dancers, Justin Bieber delivered a high-energy performance that had everyone — including first time VS catwalkers Cara Delevingne and Jourdan Dunn — sashaying and dancing their hearts out. "I never thought I'd be doing the robot in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show," Dunn had revealed to us backstage before the show, but if she was nervous on the runway you definitely couldn't tell. With her cheeky gaze and razor-sharp moves, she looked like a seasoned pro.

The show airs on CBS on Dec. 4; preview all the action here.

Doutzen Kroes Shares Her Fitness Secrets — and One Food Weakness

Supermodel Doetzen Kroes is known for her amazing figure, but the Victoria's Secret Angel admits to having a major weakness when it comes to a certain food.
Doutzen Kroes Supermodel Diet Secrets

Supermodel Doetzen Kroes is known for her amazing figure, but the Victoria's Secret Angel admits to having a major weakness when it comes to a certain food. "French fries," Kroes told us at last night's CFDA Awards. "I really like the ones at Shake Shack. That's the thing with french fries, and potato chips too. You have one, and you can't stop. But I always try not to eat the whole bucket that they give you, because I think that's the trick. Everything in moderation; you can't force yourself to eat none of the good stuff. I wouldn't be a happy person if I only ate salads. I love salads — but salads with fries."

So how does the 27-year-old Dutch stunner stay in such great shape? Well, being a mother certainly seems to help. "I have a son so I'm always running after him," Kroes explained. "He's started walking and so that's lots of work. And my priority is really towards him, so I cook for him and then I just munch a little bit and I don't sit down to eat until later."

Of course, the supermodel also admits to a very strenuous exercise routine: "I box, I jump rope, and I do lots of leg work, you know, to keep the butt up. So, it's lots of things. I have an amazing trainer and I'm really fortunate to have that, you know? But it's also my job. You can't compare my life to somebody who goes to work everyday; I have to look this way."

A look back at some of Kroes's most recent red-carpet looks — including her breathtaking Sophie Theallet look from last night's CFDA Awards — in the slideshow.

Is Behati Prinsloo Dating Adam Levine?

It's been two months since Adam Levine and Victoria's Secret Angel Anne Vyalitsyna ended their relationship — and it appears that Levine has already taken up with another member of Anne's heavenly cohort.

It's been two months since Adam Levine and Victoria's Secret Angel Anne Vyalitsyna ended their relationship — and it appears that Levine has already taken up with another member of Anne's heavenly cohort.

Levine was spotted kissing and holding hands with Vyalitsyna's colleague Behati Prinsloo in Kauai, HI, while he was there for a friend's wedding this week. Prinsloo and Vyalitsyna both appeared in this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, where Levine walked Vyalitsyna down the runway while singing his song "Moves Like Jagger." Vyalitsyna announced their split with a statement in April, saying, "Adam and I have decided to separate in an amicable and supportive manner. We still love and respect each other as friends. I wish him all the best."

Prinsloo is known for her work with brands including Chanel, Tommy Hilfiger, and Nina Ricci, among others, and was previously in a relationship with fellow model Jamie Strachan. The former couple famously posed for i-D Magazine's Summer 2010 issue.

  • Toni Garrn has just been anointed as Victoria's Secret's newest Angel. While we don't know much about her yet, she has admitted she has an addiction problem — "Sweets are really my problem," she laughed. "I could just eat sweets all day, ice cream and chocolate." Ambrosio announced the news on Facebook last night, posting a photo of herself on the beach with her hand on her baby bump.

"Because I already have a daughter I know what to expect with a girl, so having a boy means it's going to be surprising all over again," Ambrosio wrote. "My fiancé is so excited. Now he has company! He won't be in a house full of girls anymore!"

Sims, who like Ambrosio has walked in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, told the world about her happy news on Tuesday's episode of The Talk. "The only reason why I'm telling this is because we can't make a decision on the nursery," she said. "We are having a baby boy!"
