Meet at Alex and Ani's Bangle Bar to Design Your Own Bracelet!
Alex and Ani designer Carolyn Rafaelian does an amazing job creating antique-style charm bracelets, but she also allows you to be the master of your own bracelets. Nice, right? All you have to do is enter her Bangle Bar and let the creativity flow. You can make your order as inexpensive or as expensive as you want it, depending on how many pieces you add. Do you want color beads? Metal beads? Plain wire? Charms? No charms? It's all up to you! Just drag your desired item(s) to the virtual bracelet holder, then arrange and rearrange according to your preference. Once you're done, click "add to cart" and wait for your masterpiece to arrive. Speaking of custom-made bracelets, here's another cool site, Chamilia, that lets you do the same.
W Hotels Get Into Fashion
W Hotel is no longer just your go-to place for lodging. It's now also going to be your go-to spot for fashion. The hospitality chain just announced it's launching a fashion line made up of apparel and accessories. Designers such as Alex and Ani, Foley + Corina, Lauren Merkin, VIX, and Wink have been tapped as designers. "W is a design-led brand, therefore fashion is a tool to engage our guests in design. The people we're after are trendsetters and fashion-forward. We have a passion for fashion," said Eva Ziegler, global brand leader of W. The line, dubbed Global Glam, will be introduced on Sept. 10 at Fashion's Night Out.

Celebrity Style: Lauren Conrad
After The Hills aired last night, Lauren Conrad stopped by the MTV Canada studios for the live after-show. The soon-to-be ex reality star looked chic in a black leather mini skirt and a sheer white blouse. The white fringe scarf adds casual flavor while her black suede pumps elongate her legs. Lauren may be opting out of reality TV, but let's hope we continue seeing her cute style out and about.
